Willy and Sally helped us on our quest for wedding bands. We received multiple recommendations to check out this little gem of a store. They were super friendly and catering and patient with us as we looked through their selection of rings. It felt like you were buying jewelry from family. Great customer service and a great selection of wedding bands. I highly recommend this location and plan to go back for our jewelry needs. If you go make sure you ask for Big Willie!!

I found Palomino Jewelers by google reviews, I took my ring there to be sized, I was told that because of the size the repair would be $150, I agreed. I got a call a couple of hours later informing me that the ring was silver with gold plating instead of gold and the repair would be $50. I have found my new jeweler

Sally who was the person that helped me the most was fantastic and very patient with me through the process. She constantly reached out to me with updates even if I didn't return the same communication to her. The owner Willie is a very nice man who is willing to work with the best he can and is extremely understanding person. Again, if you have any need for a Jeweler don't waste your time going to a chain store that just wants your money and doesn't care about you. Nice small store that has been in the same location for decades. They may not be able to compete with the big chain Jewelers, but the personal service well makes up for it.
ADDENDUM, August 2020: I have lost a significant amount of weight and needed to have my white gold wedding band resized (smaller). I dropped it off and it was ready within a day. When I picked it up, I was truly amazed! I could NOT see where the ring was cut and soldered. They also polished and cleaned the ring and the diamonds. They did an unbelievably great job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for jewelry sales and service.

Fast and fair. Took a watch for a battery replacement and a necklace for a new clasp. Was called 3 hours later to say it was ready. Price was fair and comparable to others.
