Extremely helpful staff

Horrible staff, horrible service, very rude, not helpful at all and don’t know their own jobs. Both ladies (Dumb and Dumber) who work there are completely clueless. The one with the dark hair didn’t know how to read an American birth certificate.
I asked the blonde one about the other offices and she was talking very bad about the employees at the Washington location. I was very surprised.
Any good review has to be fake because all I’ve heard is bad experiences from anyone I’ve spoken to about the Consulate in Coral Gables. I drove 5 hours to be told that they can’t do anything because everything needs to be translated. (Birth certificate, marriage license) I emailed with them like 9 times and not once did anyone tell me that I needed anything translated.( I have every email) Complete embarrassment for Hungarians. I went to the embassy in Rome, Italy while I was on vacation and they were excellent. I’ve been to the embassy in Switzerland and they were also excellent but like I said the Coral Gables location is a complete embarrassment. Very unprofessional.
