Erba Miami

My new favorite restaurant in the Merrick Park area! We got the hamachi crudo, steak with bone marrow, and conch mafaldine and everything was incredible. The complementary butter candle and focaccia was some of the best free bread I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Wonderful dinner at Erba all around. The vibe of the restaurant is unpretentious old-school charm, loved the ambiance. I’d recommend it over Carbone.

Our server Alyssa was wonderful, perfect balance of checking in with us but also allowing us to chat and catch up without frequent interruptions. The food was impeccable. We loved the black truffle ravioli, the rotolo with calabaza puree, and the eggplant appetizer. Overall a great experience!

Didn’t take any pictures of the Pasta Experience, that was DELICIOUS. Drinks were good, dessert too! Ambiance made it feel like we were up north somewhere in a cozy Italian restaurant. The pistachio gelato was YUM!

We had an amazing dinner at Erba whilst visiting Miami. Lauren and her team treated us so well and the food was incredible. I can see why this restaurant has hit the top lists across Miami and hope that continues!

This is hands down my favorite Italian place in Miami (yes, I like it more than Carbone and Casadonna lol). I’ve tried every pasta here and I’ve got to say the Malfadine with conch and the agnolotti are the best. The Malfadine has a fresh, light, herbal taste; the agnolotti is rich, meaty, savory, and satisfying. Both perfectly executed and unique. The gnocchi is also very good if you want a nice seafood option. All the appetizers are also a hit, great wine and cocktail list, and service is genuine and timely.

The Mishima steak with bone marrow and roast black garlic is also a treat. Highly recommend it as a protein supplement to the happy hour pasta tasting menu ($45pp for 6 mini pasta courses - doesn’t get much better than that).

It was a wonderful experience, as expected of Alpareno hospitality group. Chef Niven and Mohammed have outdone themselves. What we chose was delicious but I will highlight what stood out- the tuna tartar, the agnolotti and the lamb sausage were delicate and simply heavenly and we finished the night with the hazelnut pudding… left me wanting 2 extra bites it was so good! The nice ambiance of a traditional American restaurant with a modern twist that hinted Italian but not quite obvious. Will recommend and definitely return as we do to all their restaurants! Well done 😊

The restaurant is cosy, comfy and enjoyable. First class service from the staff. They made you want to try a bit of everything. I will be back for more. If you have to try 2 things it would be the Carpaccio and the mussel. For desert I like the tiramisu and the pistachios ice cream

We have gone there a few times now and every time it has the same quality of food and service! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The cocktails and food are beyond delicious. Every time we try something new and it is just better and better! The pastas melt in your mouth and the halibut was cooked to perfection! Look forward to continue to go there!

This has been the best dinning experience we have had in Miami in a long time. I am writing this review from our table because it’s that’s good! We made a reservation and was lead to our table right away. Our waitress was wonderful, she put a lot of effort to make us comfortable. The drinks were super yummy, my husband asked for a nonalcoholic version of a drink and was very happy. We ordered 4 appetizers, they were all delicious. Our pastas were perfection. Don’t miss out on adding the white truffle to your ravioli, a must! We tried a bunch of desserts. The pistachios gelato is special. If you love tiramisu their take is the way to go. 10 out of 10.

Erba is probably the best gastronomic experience I have ever had in Miami. The food is absolutely crazy, but the quality of the service is just out of this world!!! 100% recommended to come for any occasion.

Forget anything you know about Italian cuisine in Miami, ERBA is the new Goddess of Italian flavors!

Finally a restaurant when EVERYTHING is just perfect. You need to try the tuna tartare which will surprise you, cacio a pepe "salad", foie gras and just go for it with all the pasta's.
I am an aperol lover and erba spritz was my choice - 10/10!

Interior is so elegant yet cozy, staff very friendly and knowledgeable, service was impeccable I cannot recommend it enough.

This place has an incredible ambience and the food is divine. The foie gras was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The Agnolotti pasta with the Wagyu cheeks is unforgettable. Their service is top notch. All of Angela’s recommendations were off the chart. Don’t let me forget to mention the perfectly crafted cocktails. Can’t wait to go back.

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted by the best and most attentive staff I've ever encountered. Their warm welcomes and attentive service set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance was uniquely enhanced by the creative presentation of candle melted butter, which added a cozy and inviting touch to our table.

The culinary journey was nothing short of spectacular, starting with an outstanding bone marrow and steak combo. This dish was a revelation, showcasing an amazing blend of textures and flavors that delighted my palate. But the surprises didn't stop there; the gnocchi was a game changer for us. As if the meal couldn't get any better, the tiramisu finale was the best I’ve ever had. It struck the perfect balance between rich creaminess and the bold flavors of coffee and cocoa, wrapping up the evening on a high note.

Went there with the family for my birthday dinner. The food was amazing . Starting with the butter rosemary candles was so unique. The appetizers and entries were delicious and very authentic. I can go on about the food but I must say that the service was amazing. Our waiter was Mat explained the food so well that you wanted to try everything on the menu. Its a team effort to make you feel welcomed. My daughter was looking for Mat to add something to the menu and The owner noticed and stopped by to check how was everything. Truly loved this place and will definitely be back.

HOLY MOLY! Erba is my new favorite restaurant bar none.

Chef Patel has done it again. How can I make pasta at home now? He has raised the bar too high for me. My partner and I did the 6 course tasting tonight and *every single* dish was memorable, perfectly made, and flavors well balanced. The wine exquisite. Desert superb. But really, the pasta was pure elegance. I asked each waiter what their favorite dish was and they all replied something different - which, is a good sign, and an indication (as if we needed any) to go back. The hostess/one of the managers (a super fun and sweet young lady from North Carolina) really made sure our experience went impeccably. We were celebrating two promotions and she surprised us with complimentary prosecco (YUM!). ERBA has by far become my favorite restaurant and I look forward to going back soon! Thank you to everyone who contributed to our experience tonight.
