Love this Hot Topic store. It always has so many choices. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The manager John is always so helpful. John makes sure you are aware of thr promotions in the store and that you find what you are looking for. Great experience.

What I like about this store is that they have clothing, collectibles and decoration in every possible theme you can imagine and the items also have great quality. This place is heaven itself to any pop culture lover. You can most definitely find something from your favorite movie, tv show, cartoon or music band in here. It’s fun to look around, this location’s employees are super nice, the store is big and clean but filled with treasures.

My daughter loves this place. The item my daughter wanted was in the store but they didnt have her size so they ordered it and had to shipped to the store. It got to the atore within 2 days including weekend. That was great timing. Thanks Hot Topic

My daughter loves this store. I went to the one in Dolphin Mall and the worker were very attentive! We all l ou ved it and I will definitely be back! I have 14 & 15 year old boys and I also have a 12 year old daughter that also loved this store and there merchandise! We will be back and thank you to all the employees!!

Great service. The store is kinda small on the outside but pretty big on the inside. You can find many Disney, warner bros, and band tshirts along with anime, Harry Potter, doctor who etc in the store, for any fans of any kind. The employees are very nice. Good store for people who are fanatics of almost anything ( music, movies, etc. ).

Went in to look for an exclusive pop without much luck but after an associate asked if they could help, they went to the back to check. They returned with a freshly sealed cardboard box and within it were 3 exclusive pops!! Awesome service and if you're looking for something, dont be afraid to ask

Best cardiologist. Takes his time to go over any and all issues. Explains thoroughly. We drive a long way to see him.

I love the customer service. Even though the station set in the middle of the mall right outside the store was closing they still allowed me to look at the shirts and take my time.
