My review is actually about the delivery experience. Charles and Arnold were incredibly kind and friendly. They introduced themselves right away and were professional and so helpful. They got the chair set up quickly and even moved the old chair out to the garage for me. They really made this a great experience.
Note-I was receiving the delivery on behalf of my neighbor who was in the hospital so I am not able to speak to the in store experience.
Charles and Arnold made the delivery a joy!

Rachel was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Charles and Arnold who delivered our chair were gentlemen and were very efficient. Excellent store and excellent people. They make you want to do more business with them. Thank you all very much.

Anthony at Babbett’s Brownwood made our furniture shopping experience a pleasant
endeavor. He listened as we explained our furniture needs and kept us informed during the order and delivery process. The Blue leather sectional is beautiful and our new King Bed set is awesome!
The delivery was performed by Arnold and Charles. Both gentleman professionally placed the furniture in our home and made fine adjustments to our liking.

This is where you want to go to look for furniture and other fine furnishings. Susan was very helpful and let me ask 1 million questions about the couches I was buying, she was also very helpful in the selection of fabrics. We communicated back-and-forth by email several times, and she always responded quickly and professionally. Definitely a very good experience.

Looking for replacement couch / recliner. Sales associate Sue Hillen was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. Did not feel any pressure to buy and felt comfortable working with Sue. Product will arrive in a week. Nice touch Sue, walking us out to the front door.

Visited Babettes a couple of days ago for the first time. I found a piece of furniture for my bedroom and took photos and measurements. Went back today and had an excellent visit with Jessica. She went over the features of the item and was very thorough.We finalized the sale and scheduled delivery, all in a very short and successful visit. Many thanks, Jessica.

We are very pleased with our sectional sofa. Aylin was so helpful with our choice. My husband and I disagreed on style. The sofa was delivered right on time about 4 weeks. They kept us posted as to the making it. Arnold and Tony did a super job with delivery and made sure we were happy. Very friendly guys. Arnold & Chris delivered our lanai chairs today. Talk about about a couple of nice guys! Very professional yet friendly and also funny! A great example of what you want an employee to be!

Arnold and Chris delivered my furniture on time, carefully brought it into the house, and set it up exactly where I asked them to. They were both very hard working, respectful and polite.

Harold and Ed were the Babette representatives that delivered our new loveseat. They were careful in bringing in the furniture and paid attention to all the details needed to make certain that everything worked correctly. Thanks to Harold and Ed for a great delivery.

Gene was very softspoken and showed us all the lift chairs and we purchased one ! He was not high pressure! He showed us what was available and no pressure to buy!

I drove here from Ocala looking for some specific pieces of furniture. I love this store! It’s not large, but there is a great selection of styles and I was able to find everything I needed. It’s worth the drive. Thank you for your help Robin!

I purchased my beautiful diningroom set, an end table for my livingroom and a beautiful painting from Babette's - Linda Mara was awesome!! She was very patient with us, pleasant, courteous, professional and just wonderful! Even when we had issues with our display cabinet, she kept in touch with us to make sure that we would get the issue resolved.

We purchased furniture from Babette's at Brownwood Square in the Villages. Our sales Associate, Susan Hellen went above and beyond to assist us. My wife and I went there a little unprepared! Susan was patient and very helpful. She spent about 3 1/2 hours with us due to our unpreparedness. We have purchased furniture many times in our life but Babette's and with the assistance of Susan Hellen was by far our best experience.
