The Hancock's are 2 of the nicest people. Father & Son they are compassionate such caring people at a time of grief. They made making plans for our loved one with genuine Care,Gentleness & Rescept. I would Highly recommend them to anyone if in need of their service.

and they didn't put a maker on her grave
We called numerous times and no response
So we had to go buy her a maker
My dad paid for the whole funeral upfront you think they would put a grave site maker on her grave but no

My mom passed away the end of January 2021. My dad paid them to put her obituary in the toledo blade. Well here it is June and still not in the paper. Have emailed and called several times and no return call or email. At this point all we want is the money returned. Finally after 6 months we got the money back. But now my dad needs a copy of the bill that says my mom's cremation was paid in full and they are not returning any of are calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First of all this was a very simple cremation and everything went well at first. Mistakes were made when they sent the information to vital stastistics stating her birth month as May instead of October. I stayed an extra couple weeks trying to get this resolved before returning to Nevada. When I called Florida vital statistics the said the funeral director had sent nothing to them to have this corrected. I tried to call Charles for months and he refused to return my calls. Now I am down to the wire to transfer car titles ect. I had to pay extra money to have this taken care of this. The sad thing is a mistake was made on my mother’s partner when he passed away in July 2018. I even asked friends of my mothers to go talk to them and they insist they are taking care of this which is a bold face lie. My mom passed ON MAY 9 and it is Sept 23 today. And not returning phone calls for months I don’t think so!!!!!!!! They should be ashamed.
