Literally the best Gym around. The equipment is kept up better than any other gym I have ever been to. All staff are great and deliver such a wonderful experience at the gym. The management is by far the nicest around and really seem to listen to everything everybody has to say. You can definitely tell they care about their members and business model! I would definitely recommend to anyone I knew!

I’ve been going here for a few years now and have been a member of other gyms in the Cartersville area. I can honestly say that this gym is the “go to” if you’re looking to settle in somewhere. It’s always clean, never overly crowded, and they keep a nice variety of drinks behind the counter for pre/post workout. Both Mahalie and Yucaren keep the place running and offer greetings every time
you walk in! Short story.. come to the Rock!!

The faculty is always spotless. Everyone cleans up the machines after. There are plenty of quick wipes or bottles of cleaning solution.

All the weights are reracked!! The dumbells are put back in weight order. All plate loaded machines, benches and squat racks are always unloaded.

The gym never gets too crowded. I go after work, between 5:30 and 6pm. Tuesday after work is the busiest day but even then I haven't had to wait more than a couple minutes for a machine here or there.

Awesome Cartersville gym. Great cardio and free weight area. Good selection of universal equipment. Awesome! Classes, a dark room with on demand classes, and a spare room for CrossFit type stuff.

I’ve been a member here for about a year now and I’ve enjoyed every minute being here. The front desk crew is out of this world and very welcoming. Mahalie I’m particular is the best. Always attentive and has some of the best set of customer relation skills I’ve seen out of many front desk workers at other places. She’s the best. Gym culture is amazing and people hold you accountable and help you in any way they can. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!

I walked in and was greeted by just the sweetest girl ever, Mahalie. Incredible gym and very clean, and Mahalie was going above and beyond! Only thing better then her is two of her!

This gym was recommended to me by a friend. They are just a small gym nothing like a massive planet fitness and that allows them to offer some one-on-one services that you wouldn't get at the big chain gyms. My wife and I joined about 3 or 4 months ago and we are loving it. It has a sauna and they have every piece of gym equipment that you will need. They also offer some personal trainer and classes that you can go to. One of the best things I like about it that I have yet to take advantage of is the racquetball court they have.

Been a member for 3 weeks. Changing from Planet Fitness was a great decision for me personally. Nothing is wrong with their Cartersville location. But I’m more comfortable at Rock Fitness and the staff is very friendly. Equipment is great and they’re actually 24 hours

Out of every gym I’ve been too, The Rock is the best overall experience. The staff including Mahalie and Stella make me feel welcome everyday. The equipment and promotional events are great, I will always recommend this gym to anyone in Cartersville.

Ending up renewing my membership. Staff and all is still amazing. I enjoy late night workouts but the group fitness room is locked at night which is annoying. I know they have inferno but that room is jist musty!

Brandon and Will have been freaking amazing there customer service is unbeatable and the facility is very clean. It's obvious the staff and locals take pride in the cleanliness of the gym. This place attracts a great crowd all and all I'm happy I found it. Being a truck driver I don't get a ton of chances to work out at a gym I'm happy when I am able to I can come here and be comfortable. I look forward to coming back many times. Thank u guys !

Super clean with great equipment. This is my fave place to sumo deadlift in the rack. Friendly staff too!

A lot of gym bros and gym hos in this place...steroids are openly talked about.... But great facility... Music sucks ..if I hear tricky again while I'm working out I may throw a weight...I don't care too much about that's right it's tricky ....tricky...tricky...
