There are numerous lights like this in the area. However the light at 3rd street and N Walton is horrible. You have it programmed when one person is at the light for the cycle to skip until another car comes behind. I have spent major chunks of time at this intersection. It is a complete waste of taxpayers time when they get stuck at that light. The cycle stops for literally every other direct except that one. Do better! Everyone in charge of programming the lights should have to sit them in every scenario. How’s that for some planning!? Seriously, do better because this is atrocious
