Ringgold post office is full personality. The try to help you and the line keep moving

Updated review the women that delivers the mail and packages talked with me regarding the reviews. We had an open and honest conversation about the lack of delivery and many excuses. The end of May 2020 I have been receiving all packages. With the Virus I have ordered most things on line. All books, school supplies, clothing, cleaning supplies, garden items, tools and birthday presents. Mail and packages have all been delivered and I have had no further problems. I would love to read post if your situation has improved in getting mail delivered. Thank you, Ringgold Post Office for doing a great job on mail delivery.

If I could rate delivery less than 1 Star I would. Repeated excuses used not to deliver on Wood Yates Road, Ringgold, GA. First it was the dogs, a complaint was made at the post office, she delivered, then left a note driveway bad. Everyone including friends, family, church family, housekeeper, and other delivery companies can drive on my driveway. I can an Iroc Camaro and it does just fine going up down the driveway, We have had rain and yes the driveway has some problem area. Most competent drivers go around yes there is enough room to miss the bad areas. So not only can the Postal Worker not deliver mail she can also can not navigate a country driveway. This is the worst post service constant problems getting mail delivered or thrown out by the mailbox. Use other delivery systems don't use this post office. Postmaster you need to terminate this postal worker or reassign her to the city,

The following is a non delivered ball for a foster child that was looking forward to it. I have been at the post office 2 times and told the Amazon order was not there.. Unbelievable continue expectations on non-delivery,

Unfortunately, USPS ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again.

I was waiting on a package to be delivered and it said I received it. So I called the post office and they insured me that they delivered it to me. They started looking and my address was wrong by one number . They told me the would pick up my package at the other address and delivere it to me. They were very nice, and insured me it would be ok. And my package was delivered to me that day.

Thank you to the young lady that delivered our mail today 3/21/20 for bringing our mail to us which was a sign for “Oxygen In Use” which was too large to fit in our mailbox instead of putting a slip in our box to have to pick it up at P.O. I am a caretaker & can’t leave my mother at home by herself and this one act of kindness meant a lot. Everyone is not this courteous..Thank you whoever you were!

Always helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Donald has always been spot-on for the 30+ years he has worked here. Never a long wait, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
