I came in looking for an obscure part that I didn’t think they would have. Bobby Jo took me right to it and was very helpful.

I came in this morning with a suspicion that my battery on my 2017 Honda Pilot was giving out. Scott at the store figured out how to get to my battery under a few different parts the manufacturer placed and was able to diagnose it needed replacing. He had already done the leg work to access the battery so he went ahead and changed it for me! I'm so grateful as I would have spent hundreds of dollars at a service center to do what he did in 10 minutes. Thank you so much Scott!

I know NOTHING about cars except how to change out a battery on the one I own, how to check my fluids, and add fluids if I need to. The people here - especially Lisa - are always able to help me understand what I need and have always done their best to help me find the right part for the job at hand. Despite being currently understaffed at the time of this review, the staff are always able and ready to help me out when I come in. Friendly and knowledgeable you can get anywhere, but at this particular location you get treated like an old friend even if it's the first time you've walked in the door.

Very helpful young man tested my battery and recommended an appropriate replacement. He installed it quickly and I was on my way. I love going here...they are always helpful and takes the necessary time with each person.

Truly, most folks in customer service are just lacking currently but not here! They are always super friendly and very helpful! A big shout out to Lisa who went above and beyond for me this morning!

Best advanced auto parts store ever. I ended up buying a $120 head gasket kit that I didn’t end up needing. The manager Jay pulled my receipt out the system and got me all my money back. That man Jay is a life saver, god bless him.

Needed to replace an original car battery that lasted over 6 years. Was able to get the exact replacement style, size and amperage battery. In and out, less than 10 minutes!
Clerk was well qualified to recommend the correct replacement battery for my vehicle. A+ Experience!

I went in the day before a very long road trip to have my battery checked. It was worse than I thought. Rob was amazing. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. I also bought new wiper blades that he also installed. I can take this trip with peace of mind. Thank you Rob!

This was one of the best experiences at an auto parts store. I’m not too big into car but I knew what I needed and asked jamae B. And he found it really quickly and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.Will definitely come back again.

The guys that work here are awesome! We bought a 1973 Ford pickup. We went there with a really big list and they filled almost all of the list! They had the remaining 4 items in about 1 1/2 HRS! Then the break line we bought did not fit and Charles was able to find one that fit!

After troubleshooting why a friend's car wouldn't start, we determined it needed a new battery. We're new to this stuff and the hubs was working so we were on our own to make the "repair". Went to Advance to make the purchase and the guy there was super helpful. Helped me pick the best battery and explained the differences in each choice I had. Just really nice and helpful and didn't laugh or dismiss me when I asked a stupid question (not telling what it was LOL). Got home with the battery and had it changed and the car running within 20 minutes. Girls rock ... And so does this Advance Auto Parts!

I have been purchasing parts and getting rewards for it Advanced Auto parts are just as good a quality as any other with fair prices and if you have an issue with a part you purchase they have no problem taking care of the the issue and helping you get it right I've been shopping there for years and I will continue to shop there
