Dunkin'

This is my first time going to this particular Dunkin and they were very fast my order was perfect and they were extremely polite.

Lily, Kayla and the rest of the staff are always super friendly and polite when I get coffee in the morning, will always recommend it over other coffee places

I wanted to commend the young people that work at this busy location. They are always courteous, professional, and provide exceptional customer service with some fairly high-maintenance customers. I was especially impressed with Brooklyn who served me at the drive thru. She was apologetic of a very short wait and seemed to really enjoy her work.

Lillian is the sweetest! She has the best attitude, best personality, she makes it a delight to get coffee every morning

Fastest Dunkin’ my new Sunday morning trip! Service was awesome, I usually don’t tip but they had a very cool tip jar that got my attention so I tipped. Plus this Dunkin is right next to a Home Depot which is pretty cool.

I love this place when the owner is there. When he is not, you sit at the drive thru for over 12 minutes waiting for someone to take your order. Frozen machine always down when owner is not in the building. Below asks did I dine in or take out neither I left without food

Ordered from door dash from this store and my drink was a little lower than I thought it would be but everything turned out fine and tasted really good. The munchkins were really good as well.

I hit DD's every morning regardless. They seem to be just a slight bit understaffed but they always do a great job when I go there. If DD's was not in Cartersville .I would have to make my own coffee. Thank you DD's

Love the deals. So frequent! Really easy to get free drinks! I think they have new management now though. The people have changed. They're all very young. Not always polite & customer service oriented. However, they have still gotten my drinks correct

I buy a lot of donuts (often ~10 dozen a weekend) for work and can't always give a lot of warning. So, sufficed to say I stop in at a lot of Dunkin's. The team here is always great, accommodating, and warm. I just bought five dozen donuts in the Drive-Thru and they had me in and out in less than 5 minutes and the manager asked if he could do anything for me. Love doing business with people who take care of their customers and anytime I'm in the area I will be getting my donuts here.
