This is the best managed Home Depot in the mid south. You can tell the store is expertly managed by an old school. Home Depot store manager. General Store Manager Bob Cole has assembled an extraordinary team of leaders to run the store. The associates champion the cause of every customer that walks through the door and ensures they have what they need for their projects.
The parking lot is safe and well kept, the isles in the store are clean neat and organized and free of loose products. The garden center always has fresh products and is easily navigable.

I love my neighborhood Home Depot. I’ve been here many times. I come from out of state, and I have definitely noticed how much better the customer service is at Home Depot’s in Georgia. Whether it’s because they hire more vets that are older and therefore more experienced, or maybe it’s due to HQ being based here and a higher expectation for service is executed, I don’t care. Whatever it is, it’s working for me.

This location in particular seems full of employees that enjoy where they work. I often see them joking and laughing, and I once walked by a huddle in which a manager was talking and the other employees seemed genuinely engaged. Here’s the catch, they’re also helpful! They aren’t just hanging out and messing around; they’re available and willing to help when you have questions.

I have always favored Home Depot over Lowe’s, and I’m stoked to call this spot my local hardware store.

We tried Lowes first for appliances and for light fixtures. Lowes is usually my go to, so many discounts especially for veterans and usually GREAT customer service. It was awful today so we decided to head over to Home Deot… Wow, such a HUGE difference! Josh, in appliances has to be one of the best customer service people that I have met. He appeared to be genuinely happy to be there, it was so refreshing. He was knowledgeable and seemed to care. I could go on and on, but we will definitely go back to this store and recommend it to others.

This Home Depot always goes above and beyond to help the pro customers. Everything is also nicer and better stocked than other Home Depots

This is a really great Home Depot location, always clean, always well stocked, always good sales, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Big shout out to Javier, who worked in the home garden and lawn tools area. I think he’s a supervisor there. He helped me with a broken tool, dealt with the warranty stuff for me, and had me out the door ready to go in about 20 minutes. It’s staff like him that make me come back to Home Depot. Even if some places are cheaper the experience there is worth it.

Typical HD and had what I needed. I will say parking lot was a bit on smaller side but no issues for me.

Me and my friends absolutely LOVE coming to the ladies night out workshops.... Kristen and Courtney make the experience super fun. They are smart and know how to run all the power tools. Not to mention they are very talented ... I have given home Depot alot of money because of these two wonderful employees and this workshop.

We just moved and needed appliances. The gal in that department was extremely pleasant AND helpful. She listened carefully to what I needed, talked to me about various options, and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Delivery was very fast, and the delivery crew was quick, very pleasant, and on time (in fact, they had to wait a few minutes for me to get here!). Thanks, Home Depot!!

The associate ( I forgot to get her name) was very helpful in the research and planning for our new kitchen. We priced stoves, over- the- stove microwaves and dishwashers, which were all reasonably affordable. We discussed custom vs. off the shelf cabinetry and although we haven't made our final decision on colors and styles, we have a good idea about what we want. So thank you. I will get the associate's name when we go back with our design and measurements and will then edit my review.

We had a great experience today with Rob & Hunter! They were incredibly helpful and got our dry wall loaded quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this location!

I was in the area for a Southern Christmas Show but had time to spare! Went online & noticed that this store had what I needed at at a better price ! I didn't realize that you must give an online purchase at least a 2 hr pick up time. They were so gracious to help me retrieve my purchased items ASAP, so I could make it to my Christmas Show!...I learned my lesson but lucky for me...the staff at this store were extremely helpful & patient with me as their valued customer!

My mom asked me to pick up a stain pen some oak color. Anyway I ask her where to I go. She said paint isle where the stain. Ok. Well I found the isle but someone helped me immediately to find what I was looking for. Everytime I go in there someone helps me. One time it happened to be my bfs dad and he knew exactly where to take me. Haha my point is this is a helpful home Depot location.

I have to admit, they're pretty good. I went to a local farm supply store and wasn't greeted even though there were two employees doing nothing. Asked about buying a tiller and they didn't have any even though their main business is power equipment. Then told me I wouldn't be able to find one this year probably. Went to home Depot, bought a tiller, everyone was very friendly, came home. Such a pleasant experience compared to the local guys.

Bought some white rock to line a walkway, looked at the weed eaters, bought a replacement bathroom shower fixture, now I just need help installing it 😫

Home Depot is always cool
... I recently quit working at Lowes and shopping at Home Depot again 😏 and as always my shopping experience was awesome, the staff was a bunch of teenagers, but they had more knowledge than over half of the staff at ole blue and white. The prices were pretty fair and better as well. Feels good to bleed orange again

Awesome customer service from the entrance to the exit! An employed greeted me and was enthusiastic in helping me find the product I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products and locations. He escorted me to customer service to make my exchange and the representative was super friendly and made great conversation relating to my purchase.

I visited the Cartersville store to purchase several items as requested from our agency, a lot of items that I was completely unfamiliar with. Kyle Smith from the Hardware area saw my struggle and offered to assist. She quickly went from item to item on my list as she knew the department well. She was the most friendly and helpful person I think I have ever encountered at Home Depot. She went above and beyond for Customer Service and should be commented.
