Baymont by Wyndham Daytona Beach/Intl Speedway

The night staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help my wife and I check in and get everything straightened out because of our last minute online booking. The last that worked the front desk during breakfast was very rude and ignorant but other than dealing with her ignorance this place was very good. We will definitely be going back to stay here.

This place is huge! It’s under construction it looks like. We got put way in the back where it was really quiet and private. No one bothered us. Which is a nice change compared to the other places we have stayed in this past month on the road. The rooms are a little dated and the carpets are dingy. But it doesn’t smell bad and the beds comfy and clean. And the furnishings are really neat. They look like antiques. I will say tho the rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures that are online in places like Priceline and google. They need some lamps in the rooms too cause there’s only a desk lamp and then a light and mirror by the door I had to bring one of my own lamps in. They don’t have cable either which sux… just the free digital channels I’m pretty sure. The key cards are a pain and we keep having to go have it replaced almost everyday. Staff has been very friendly and nice which is a breath of fresh air after coming from Myrtle beach where all the hospitality staff was rude to us. So far I would recommend this place for sure. Definitely book it online tho because there’s a like $45 price difference if u book it directly at the hotel. There’s a $60 deposit. Hopefully this rain let’s up so we can check out the pool and hot tub during our next 8 days here. I will update my review after we leave next weekend with more pictures

Was very pleased the room was very clean and comfortable and had a balcony. Pool & hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good & staff was super friendly and the price was very fair. Location was great and a waffle house 2 steps away. I'll definitely stay there again

Excellent service from the ladies at the front desk. They greeted each guest with a smile and courtesy that isn't seen so much in hotels these days. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the room was comfy and clean. Any issues we had were promptly and efficiently fixed by maintenance. (Our only issue was the microwave in the dining area didn't work one morning bc it was unplugged).

Brittany is awesome at the front desk .. she is very helpful and patient and the room is exactly what I booked at the time .. I’ve stayed three days and it was awesome and I will continue to book here

The yard was not manicured and looked like it did when I visited 9 years ago. I had to be moved to a second room when I discovered debris hanging from a missing vent from the bathroom. On the other hand, the Great Customer Service Skills of Ms. Sade, following the encounters with the other hosts, prompted me to give 5 Stars overall. Also, the housekeepers were very cordial and several COVID protocols were in place in bedroom.

What an incredible effort by the staff. This themed attraction really made me feel as if I was in peril, both physically and spiritually. The first floor squatters exhibit was very immersive, down to the wet floors and persistent odor. Upstairs, my room continued the incredible attention to detail, with interactive ceiling adornments and wall outlets that only seemed to work when I didn't need them to. Finally, the staff really leaned into their roles, presenting a surly and preoccupied facade that gave way to grudging assistance when I asked for any soap and towels that didn't smell like paint. The breakfast highlight was the toaster, which worked as expected and stopped before burning my bagel; more than can be said for the supplied hairdryer. Overall, a thrilling and memorable experience.

Ps. The outdoor pool is a hole in the ground, check local weather forecast for water levels.

Staff worked very hard to assist guests during Hurricane Ian. The property did flood in various sections, but they made a point of bringing breakfast to us the next morning. Very helpful and kind.
I also had an issue with a charge on my account, and as soon as the got power restored I was assisted by a very professional and accommodating staff front desk person by the name of Nickoya who handled the issue.
I highly recommend!

This place used to be la Quinta and they have revamped. I never stayed here until now but it is nice for the price. I am guessing later they will up the prices but for now it fits. The first time they had an ok breakfast. Basic waffle maker, coffee, cereal. Staff is wonderful and right off the highway. Nice pool I can smell the chlorine when I walk by but it’s a nostalgic smell that makes you want to take a dip. Try to get a second floor room the first floor sliding door won’t open. Can’t really see much if your sitting on the balcony but theirs wind that hits you. Would recommend for an few over night stays for sleep and shower. Wing house is there for food and a gas station next door.

My husband & I went on vacation & this was the hotel he picked. Upon driving up, I read the reviews & was completely nervous because of the bad reviews. (I’m a very picky person about where I lay my head at when I’m not at my own house.) Honestly though, our stay wasn’t bad AT ALL. YES, this is an older building, BUT the rooms aren’t terrible at all. Our first night we had a loud neighbor. My husband called front desk & they sent someone promptly to ask them to please stop. Our room was extremely spacious & the entire staff was very nice to us. The area was quiet & overall, we honestly enjoyed our stay. This was OUR experience & it was a great one! If we should go back to Daytona Beach, we would definitely stay there again.

First of all the housekeeping staff is simply the best, they are super nice and help you with whatever you need. You should leave a tip when you check out, because they are worth it. The GM Ashley runs a tight ship with her staff and is great with customers. She is a go getter who gets things accomplished and has hired a great front desk crew. You are never ignored, it’s true hospitality. Especially for a place that is really older and is used as a I-95 stay over while traveling. It gets busy some weekends with the races and other events. It’s not a 5 star type of place but it has a 5 star staff, a nice pool, clean rooms, decent balconies and my favorite person there is the head of maintenance. My first day there my van got stuck in the mud from me making a dumb error and he called his wife from 20 miles away, she brought his truck and got me out. I offered him $20 and he would let me give it to him. Stay here if you wanna save money, feel at home and have a nice hot tub and pool to relax in.

Not a bad location, extremely cool peeps working all over the compound, rooms well-appointed (though a bit “itchy” 💥) — so for Jamaican Independence Day, we celebrate thusly, y’all!

Had arrived on a very rainy day, with a reservation a week out instead of that day (my goof). Although, thanks to the very kind efforts of the front desk woman, Crystal, I was able to get a refund and able to repurchase the room for the right day very quickly. Thank you, Crystal. Your courtesy and manners really made the whole experience bearable and way less stressful than I had expected.

Never trust Priceline w/o doing your own research. This place was the worst. Conditions were deplorable. Their so-called breakfast was left over muffins from the flood, broken juice machine, broken waffle machine & nothing else. So sad. Said they were in a flood, they should not have been open under any CIRCUMSTANCES! Wyndham & Priceline should be shot. Poor employees having to even work under those conditions is disgusting.

Staying here for the next three nights for business. I was fortunate they allowed me to check in early. The room is exactly what was promised and is very clean. The AC is freezing cold which is exactly how I like it. Despite the hotel being right off the interstate, it is nice and quiet. There is a TON of restaurants and shopping all within a mile. I would say within walking distance but the roads here are extraordinarily busy and I wouldn't want to risk crossing such a busy road on foot.

My family and I decided to come down here for my birthday weekend and we have stayed here a few times before. It started out rough as we had made a reservation and was charged twice for the same stay, however they fixed the issue with no problem and comp us our stay for all the trouble the double charge caused. If you ever need or want to stay in Daytona this place is definitely a good place to stay. The management and staff are great and will bend over backwards to ensure your stay here is exceptional.

By far the best hotel i stayed in. Its so close to everything. Attractions restaurant and beach. Great place to go for a lil getaway weekend... All the rooms had balconies. The pool was nice to enjoy. Will def be back

The rooms are very clean. They are dog friendly. The staff is great. I would like to thank Ashley and Rebecca for going above and beyond for me regarding sending back a left behind item. They really care about the customer at this hotel and it was much much better than what I would have expected. They deserve a 6 star if I could give it.

We stayed 3 night last week during bike week. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. It is conviently located to the highway and restaurants. We did not eat breakfast at the motel because we never do., So I can't vouch for the food. We ate at Rossi's Diner on US 1 and had good breakfast.
