I ran in for a Cardboard Tube to ship a present.
They didn't have any for sale, but, the Manager was very thoughtful and said, "Wait, I think I have one out back." He ran and got one that had been used and that was just what I needed. And, we recycled the Tube for another shipment - Go green!

Michaels has a phenomenal Halloween selection right now (end of July). They have anything you could possibly need for a Halloween party or haunted house. I specifically went for a birthday present for my mom… a nice black canvas art tote bag(regular price $5.99) that I filled with crochet supplies such as yarn, a lovely wooden yarn bowl, a storage box for her crochet hooks, and a how-to crochet book for creating adorable little see creatures, gnomes, and animals. It is a perfectly tailored gift for her!

This Michaels location is well-stocked with helpful, friendly staff. I could seriously browse the store for hours! Lots of good sale prices and buy one get 1/2 off deals.

Love the Floral Flowers and especially when they have specials. I did my own wedding a long time ago and many funerals. I love that I can order and pick up and they do have shipping if not in the store. They at most times let you know on the shopping app how many items they have left in the stores if you need it right away! I think the best way to get ideas is to go in and check out the colors. I have bought fantastic baking items with my app application and their % off sales. My son loves his pizza pan!!!

Deanna is so sweet and helpful. Her kindness and patience really made my day. You never know what someone is going through and just being nice and accommodating to a person could make a huge difference. I really appreciate her customer service.

Well to start the store had A/C so you had me there but everything was clean and everything I needed was easy to find and the staff was very polite and professional.

Really well organized. The sweet employees helped me out when I had some obviously stupid questions (I know nothing about art) and were so helpful. Their Christmas deals are also insanely good.

I went into buy frames earlier today and I was received excellent service by ADRIAN. I want to give this soul a huge shout-out for their recommendation and their time,you just don't get great customer service any greater than that, what an amazing person.

I went for something related to a paint canvas. When I didn't find what I wanted I went to the picture frame counter and proceeded to ask a young man there about the item for which I was searching. He was trying to answer my question when, what appeared to be a manager chimed in with a very snippy tone that they didn't have it. I asked if she knew where I might get it and she said again with the snippy tone "I don't know." With that I left the store and will not return.

Great supplies, great prices, great sales. I got a really cool birdhouse/bird feeder to paint and decorate with my rewards coupon it only cost me like 49 cents. You got to love that! Today I went in getting stuff for my high school reunion and this young man who was busy stocking shelves took all the time in the world to help me find exactly what I needed. Hobby lobby is closer to my house. Michaels is worth the drive.

Big variety of items for all types of art, crafts and decoration. The store is big and employees pointed to the right islethe right direction for what I needed. There is always something on sale and a lot in clearance. Don't forget your coupon for what is not on sale. Get ready for Autumn and Halloween in July!

Although it seemed they were low on staff, those that were working were really helpful. Very well organized store and knowledgeable staff.

I really like Michael that have a whole bunch of unique stuff but if you see something you like get it now because it might not be there next week and then may not ever have it again so by all you need trust me this has happened to me several times I get into a project need more can't find it other than that I really like this store and you will too

I needed to drop off 9 packages for UPS pickup. I arrived at Michael’s, parked, grabbed a shopping cart to load the packages and Adrian approached me promptly, happily greeting me like a professional. Adrian proceeded to help unload and scan all 9 of the boxes, then gave me my receipt. He asked me not to hesitate if I needed anything else. I did not need to walk inside the store, and was able to save some time. Adrian could have chosen to not do anything to help me, and I would be none the wiser. Adrian is a class act and should be at the peak achievable pay grade.

Usually, they have what I need. Otherwise, I go to another craft store. I was a little disappointed yesterday with a display, but I won't go into detail. I will just limit my shopping at this store to whether no one else has what I need.
