Tommy in the Daytona bike department was great! He assembled my wife’s bike, handled some touchups on my new bike that were missed by another store, and was patient with us as we chose different seats and accessories which he promptly installed. He completed everything ahead of schedule and saved us a second trip to Daytona. He is a great asset to your team!

I had a problem with myscore rewards card. I froze my account and had difficulty unfreezing it at the time of purchase. Cliff and Amy were very patient with me. I appreciate their patience. Thank you Cliff and Amy!

The staff at this location was superb!!! I called to check on an item before coming in. They were so helpful and not annoyed at all. Then I went in and felt like I had a million questions. All 4 of the employees up front were so personable and made me feel so comfortable. They were friendly and took their time helping me. My cashier even walked me over to the apparel department to get me something better!! Best crew on staff for sure. That was today around 5. I will definitely find a reason to shop here more often!

They take care of the customer and earn your business. Manager, John, will do whatever he can to ensure they provide you with the best service and best price possible. I typically visit for Golf products, but will check here first for other sporting good needs. Keep up the great work!

Great place to shop for all outdoor equipment . I've been purchasing 95% of my fishing gear since the store opened.

I was able to get all the items I needed, and it was great they were there since I forgot my cleats and I was there for a softball tournament. I got in quickly, the sales staff knew exactly where the items were that I was looking for which helped save me time. Check out was a breeze and a checkout person was almost too nice if you can believe it. Very pleasant experience.

The manager, John, is first class A+ Customer Service King! A week before Xmas and my online order shows up with electronic tags still attached, and no print out in the bag. I called the store to see how to best remedy, in a quick easy way, and John offered to meet me at the door, remove the tags, and would include a gift card for my inconvenience. John should be giving customer service lessons to other businesses, because this is how the world should work. Kindness and understanding go the distance! I had no idea what all my kid needed for his first season in baseball. We went to this store without any knowledge, but the employees knew and had exactly what my kid needed! Thank you! You were such a great help!

I was able to find the softball cleats and several other items I needed quickly, and several people asked me if I needed help. They're very helpful in pointing me to the correct area they get what I was after. Prices were actually rather good which was a big bonus. Check out person was cheery to a fault, and very efficient. You got to like that.

Great experience. Asked one employee for help finding a pair of shoes I wanted. She directed me to the employee who knows everything about the shoe department and he found everything I needed. Very knowledgeable and professional.

From the time I walked through the door until I left, every employee was nice knowledgeable and helpful. I went in there to get frisbees for disc golf and they directed me straight there and had a display to explain the difference between the discs. I have always wanted to know what that display explained, now I'm super stoked I know.

We came here to purchase a paddle boat. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, everyone was very helpful. They had a huge selection to choose from. Large store, clean and organized. This plaza always have plenty of parking as well. Very convenient, located right off interstate 95.

So, my son bought his step dad an Under Armour sweatsuit for Christmas. A really awesome sweatsuit too!! So, we went to exchange the large for an extra large and while we were there, I was admiring the women's Under Armour apparel, when my son says, "Pick something out for yourself.' And I was like, "Are you serious?" Yes, he was really serious!! He then says,"Pick out 2 things!" I'm looking at him all dumbfounded because Christmas is over and so is my birthday! Let me just say that now my boyfriend and I have matching Under Armour sweatsuits. Freaking awesome! I Love Dick's! Their clothing is awesome! Nicely set up so it's easy to admire as well. Also, big variety of different brands, such as Under Armour, Reebok, Nike and many more! The people who work there are very nice and super helpful as well. I highly recommend shopping at Dick's on ISB in Daytona Beach.

Reasonable prices very helpful. I went in to buy a kayak had some questions. An associate in that section asked if I needed help, he answered all my questions and I was in and out with my new kayak in no more than 20 minutes.

Patricia helped us at the fitting room and checked us out.we are from out if town and She helped us with our needs as well as our rewards account. She was very pleasant and helpful. Need more people in customer service like her.
