Big Lots

This Big Lots has very nice and helpful employees and most essentials are at great prices. The Corporation is struggling so I’m doing my part to help this store while saving money.

I would like to thank you very much to Cheryl. For her custom service she was providing to me this morning. 2 days ago We purchased beautiful outdoor Laurel sofa from Big lots store on Granada Ormond Beach. And I called them this morning to find out if they have Laurel coffee table in stock which goes with it. Lady who answered my call make me feel like i'm bothering her. Which was very sad because two days ago I spent $1200 for outdoor furniture. Anyway, she did not help me at all. So I decide to call other store on international speedway. And I am very glad I did because I met Cheryl. And she helped me in every possible level she could. She was very polite with great attitude
she completely turned my sadness to happiness. They did not have my table in stock. But she called the Port Orange and told me they do have them. She even took my phone number. Just in case. They will find one because they was searching for it. So thank you so much Cheryl for your great custom service. 🌺 Diana

Good place. Pretty assortment. Quite spacious. With different products of different brands. Up to furniture. I frequently come to this place since it is very well located, so access is very easy. I recommend going during flexible hours since the place is quite busy during the hours of greater audience. And the prices are quite good.

I always have a great shopping experience at Big Lots.

We recently visited Big Lots in Daytona after having a not so great experience with another location. We were greeted and helped immediately by Chris who was so personable and helpful. His customer service was impeccable, seriously give this guy a raise! Extremely happy with our purchase and the help we received.

Matt and Mike offered the best customer service I have ever experienced! They were so helpful in the furniture department, patiently waited as we worked on our leasing process for our new furniture. Mike even went out of his way to help us load everything in our car to get everything to fit! I never thought big lots would offer such a great service! Thank you Mike and Matt we really appreciate you both.

The customer service experience at Big lots Daytona Beach was outstanding. My wife and I purchased a dresser and there was a computer error with delivery. However, Chris and Morgan were phenomenal in helping us sort out the problem. They were patient, helpful, and very accommodating. It’s definitely our one stop shopping. Thank you guys.

Great shopping experience

The lady at the checkout was very friendly despite my appearance... Most ppl aren't so nice at first due to my piercings and tattoos, but once they realize I have manners and am respectful they usually change their tune pretty quick... Usually with a confused look on their face. I get a kick out of it when that happens.🤣😁😇

This location is the cleanest,most organized store I have seen in the Big Lots chain. Keep it up and spread it 🙂!

I had an online order for a desk. I went to pick it up and as I was pulling in the parking lot it was cancelled. I went In anyway to see if they had another desk. Lo and behold there was the desk I ordered. I asked the furniture guy, Chris if I could purchase the one on the floor. He was hesitant but realized how much I wanted that desk. He made it happen, put it in my car and just went out of his way to provide great customer service.

I just bought my mattress here, and they are having really good sales. I only paid 350 for a mattress, which is usually over 600. Also sheree and Chris helped me they were both super nice and helpful
