Motel 6 Daytona Beach, FL - Speedway

Jay was amazing! She made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Room includes microwave and mini fridge and the pool was clean which was nice for our stay.

One of only hotel/motels in Florida wheere I haven't had to kill any cockroaches in my room!! This hotel/motel location has a kind staff and feels safe as well, especially if you're looking for an affordable place to stay for a vacation or just rest for the night with children (and dogs!!) as a parent I do feel it's very tailored to families and safe af the staff does their job to meet most accommodations/needs.

Made an error in my booking booked 2 different types of rooms. At first I was told I would need to move after one day so that was my plan but after returning to office the next morning staff was able to let me keep my current room at my current rate. Just wanted to say I have stayed here a few times and for the most part my room has always been clean and the staff extremely kind and professional

I give it five because it is quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful. Sure it is dated, but the shower is hot, the bed is comfy and the TV works. What more can you ask for at this price point. I'll gladly stay.

There was a mistake with my reservation and house keeping removed all my property from the room. Manage acted in a professional manner and went to work quickly to fix this issue. All my property was returned including an item from my Mother that could not be replaced. Thank you for your honesty and quick work. Will stay again!!

This hotel, it's staff and everything about it is absolutely phenomenal!! I had an emergency and my things were left there for a number of days before I could get to them. They held my things in a safe place until I was able to pick it up! Jay was at the front desk and was extremely helpful, courteous, & thorough. Nami was the housekeeper who kept my belongings. Although I love being near the beach, the level of respect and concern means I will definitely be going back again

Originally 1 star because I was not allowed to stay despite having a reservation because they claimed they couldn't find it even with the confirmation email and said they had no open rooms for walk ins.

Edited to 5 stars because of the way the manager handled the situation. She called me as soon as she learned what had happened and refunded me, offered me a discounted stay for next time, and was extremely courteous the entire call, making sure I was completely satisfied and never made excuses to try and dodge responsibility.

Got a great room and love the set up with laminate and tile floors since I travel with a dog. I was leery at first because the on line ratings were low. Glad I took a chance. All the Motel 6s are renovating and they are doing a great job. Very pleasant staff and great location.

This place is totally pathetic. I NEVER experienced something like this in my life. I came to a filthy room. Stained furniture & linen , cigarette holes in the sheets, & a dirty tub. I use to be a housekeeper & the way my supervisors was, this room that I was given wouldn’t have pass inspection. I don’t know in who right mind was any of this ok. I’ll rate them NO STARS if I could. Just awful.

Nice clean rooms very large and spacious. And nice open outdoor pool with nice landscaping. The staff is nice and friendly. And you are walking distance to McDonald's. It's near the beach and expressway. I enjoyed my stay there. I recommend thus motel.

The staff here are very accommodating. The facilities are more than sufficient for a traveler. The rooms are clean and room service goes out of their way to make sure your sundries are kept up. The price is right and the location is nice! They have a very nice pool and it is kept up very well. It is conveniently located right off I-95 and right down the road from the Daytona International Speedway!

Lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful :) I love the fact that it is animal friendly! Beds are comfy, room was clean, I had plenty of towels :) air works great, has a mini fridge and microwave :) I'll definitely pass the word along about this place!

They r very nice people here an I been here a month yes they got some roaches but other than that there rooms r big bed is big I love that the swimming pool is open the workers r so nice some ain't but most of them r

I absolutely love this hotel ... If im in need of a room its the only one i call.. I just had a awful week and 2 hrs after check in im all smiles... I have been coming to this hotel for the last year usually a couple times a month and our rooms are always spotless the beds are like little heaven clouds and they are always so friendly and full of smiles.... If ur looking for a excellent hotel at a great price look no further...

I was horrified because of all the negative reviews this place had so I was more or less ready to check in and check out. We got there and we were welcomed with love. Room had hard floor and was clean. Wifi superfast! Do not believe in bad reviews. I learned my lesson! I highly recommend this place!

The rooms are fine except the floor. I don't think they mop the very well. Also the location is great you have everything shopping stores and restaurants also theres a convenient store right outside.

The room was clean the staff was very friendly. But one guy who was blacktopping was a complete jurk to the very nice lady who checked us in on 12/30/2017 at 1230 that day.

Clean for an older building, it was well taken care of, and they are working on getting other rooms renovated you can see, all of the typical amenities, and the beds were comfortable.

Spotless rooms friendly service and excellent price... Way less per night than all the fancy hotels in the area which usually means ur sharing your room with critters but not here... Definitely recommend to all!!!

The stay was top of the line. As a franchise, I was very apprehensive, but they were just awesome. Met several great people there guests and staff. WOuld recommend it to anyone. Nicole the manager, was super friendly and helpful
