O'Reilly Auto Parts

I had a wonderful experience at O’Reilly’s today the Assistant Manager Lee was extremely helpful and kind. He helped me install new windshield wipers and get everything done right. Will be back to this location.

This o'reilly's is a great location with knowledgeable employees, Drake was very knowledgeable and helped me through a very difficult car problem with expertise and professionalism

The wiper washers were broken, so Nathan took care of us. He recommended and gave his opinion about the available options. A plus is that he's bilingual, so communication won't be an issue.
Oh, by the way, he even installed the parts on the car.

Have had some battery issues, so I visited the store today. They tested the battery, and my starter, and at no time tried to sell me anything unnecessary, which happens often as a woman in an auto setting. This is just one reason why I rely on O’Reilly Auto Parts, they are honest & reliable. Thanks for keeping me on the road!

I always shop for auto related items and parts at O'Reilly all over the country. Most of the time the stores are well located, clean, well organized with friendly staff. The staff at this one was not very friendly and no one was smiling. I hope some one else is working next time I go in.

Very good location. The selection in the store is good and the staff is very helpful. Compare to other auto part stores I have been to in the Sarasota downtown area, I found this location is above average. I would highly recommend anyone that needs parts to visit this location. Also other stores don’t like to read codes for you, I found this location do a very good job of helping you to identify what the issues u have with your vehicle.

Outstanding service. The employee noticed that the battery I was replacing was still under warranty at Walmart and sent me there rather than just selling me a new one. He may have lost this sale but he gained a customer for life.

They were helpful and told me what I needed to do so I wouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg on useless stuff.

I was short on time, I had a battery issue. The young man popped right out the door test at the battery showed me the kind I needed and got it installed all within 20 minutes. I was so impressed I opened an account for my company.

Very helpful staff! Knew what to do when my wife had credit card and they wouldn't take cc over the phone. They made sure I got the new battery that had left me stuck. Big thumbs up 👍

The prices are often less expensive than AutoZone or Advance Auto. Sometimes even cheaper than the Amazon and you can always return very easily. They also have a veteran's discount that you can ask for. People they are knowledgeable I would highly recommend them.

I was losing my mind in the parking lot trying to change (the wrong one) a light bulb and the mgr came out and helped me ,unsolicited, and didn't make me feel stupid. Great guy, great service. I'll be back.

Visited Oreillys for the first time to buy a battery, Rico was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back.

Was using advanced auto parts, until I discovered O'Reilly. As far as customer service, knowledge staff, and parts you'll otherwise have to buy from the dealer, O'Reilly Auto Parts has you covered. Manager Rico is the man, knowledgeable, professional and all around great guy. Just avoid the nerdy looking chubby kid with the glasses, #1 auto parts store hands down.
