These guys rock! My charging system went down driving home from a car show in Alabama to Florida. Michael, the manager from the Wildwood Advance Auto Parts store called over to see if they could help me out and they said, "Come on Over". I cannot put into words how nice everyone was and they took me in immediately. Their mechanic swapped out my alternator and got me back on the road in just about an hour. This took the sting out of waiting for a AAA tow truck on the turnpike for over 8.5 hours which never came. I can go on and on about how happy I am in the way I was treated, a stranger who probably will not make it back that way for some time. They respected the way I keep my car (Mustang Shelby GT) and cleaned up everything like they were never there.

I seem to always attract issues with my tire. This was no different. They had me in and out quickly and no hassles. Needed a new tire, got a new tire. Easy. They are very nice.

My mother needed new tires on her Subaru, so I started looking around for reasonable prices. She told me to call Sumpter Tire and Auto because they were the best in town. She was correct. From the moment I called their shop to see if they had the tires in stock and left their shop with three new tires, It was less than an hour. There's no way you can find a better service than this. I may have to drive down from Maryland to get my tires from Sumter Tire and Auto! Thanks a bunch.

Before I could even open my car door I was asked for what I needed and my keys. Got right in.

Overheard them explaining issues to customers and what they recommended and when. Just felt like an honest place.

I picked up a nail in my tire and stopped at Sumter Tire and Auto to get a quick repair. The service was quick and friendly. Tire was repaired in 15 minutes and I was on my way.

Very polite and prompt service. Had tire pressure warning light on and inspection completed on all tires. ( All tires functioning properly.

Reset the warning light > In and out within 15 minutes.

I took my car to get brakes and oil change. They inform me my brakes were fine it still had 80% on rear in front and I just need a oil change. Their service is great the people there are really friendly I would recommend them to anybody.

My tire was struck while traveling and quickly began losing air. Sumter Tire & Auto repaired the tire quickly and for a great price! We were back on the road in the no time!

Had to stop by here when our car had some plastic cover come loose from the chassis. We were in the last hour of a 25+ hr road trip from New England with our dog and were beat.

The guys here quickly took a look right away and fastened it (some parts were broken so it couldn’t be screwed in), then saw that I had a nail in one of my tires and patched it. We were on the road again in less than 30 mins!

They are the kind of nice that restores your faith in people. After the repairs, I tried to give them a good tip for helping so fast - they wouldn’t take it either and just wished us a Merry Christmas.

My cherished 2004 Lexus SC430 convertible sprouted a coolant leak last week. I searched and searched for the leak using my remote camera and could find nothing. So I dropped it off at Sumter Tire North. I got a call back within 36 hours giving me the good/bad/good news. They pressure tested the cooling system and found the leak from the engine block heater port cover gasket but .....the replacement parts were no longer available. No problem for these guys. They just and bought some gasket material and made their own. Turned out to be a very inexpensive fix for my 18 year old Lexus treasure. I'll be back!

Sumter Tire is when the best or the best place to take your car for Care. They really know their stuff and they’re very reasonable and care about their customers.

Service is always impeccable, they treat me with respect and I never feel like the are not honest and truthful and trustworthy. They get the work done in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!!

Took Mom's old Toyota Corolla in to have the air-conditioning fixed. Service was prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced.

I was told by the Villages Subaru Dealership that I had a nail in one of my tires and it would be $59.95 plus tax to repair. Also told all four of my tires needed to be replaced because of dry rot. They are original tires, 4 years old and 23,000 miles on them. Trying to sell me tires with 2- and 3-star reviews for $1200. I went to Sumter Tire & Auto; they removed two nails which had not pierced through the tire and told me my two rear tires (used to be on the front) should be replaced in 6-12 months depending on how much I drive. Did not charge me, no repair needed. Checked pressure on all my tires, including donut. Great, honest people work there!

Went in for tires, they had exactly what I wanted at a fair price, without trying to upsell additional services. Highly recommend them!

I’ve used them for tires for my 3 cars for years now. Recently had my car at bmw and they said I needed a new tire because of a nail. I brought it to Sumter and they said the nail didn’t pierce the tube and I was good to go. Saved me $600!!

The owner helped me order new rims for my jeep. I got them in less than a week. They were good quality, a fair price and exactly what I wanted.
The employees were thorough, fast, efficient and friendly.

These people are amazing, I've never seen a shop run this smoothly in my life.
