I've been going to Urban Auto for ALL my mechanical problems with my former BMW 5 series, and maintenance with my current Mercedes. From window tinting to detailing to all body work and mechanical work, the HAVE BY FAR the best work, the best prices and the nicest staff.
I've recommended Urban Auto and had four of my friends use them as well. Each was very pleasantly pleased with the great work at low cost.
I love this place and they have helped me out even after hours and on a Sunday. Best people. Best place. Honest, upstanding owner and entire experience is always outstanding.

Stay away from these people. I've had two friends buy vehicles from them and regret it dearly. They claimed the vehicles had been inspected, tuned up and were street ready. One wound up with an Chevy Astro that stalled constantly, had a bad transmission and a ruined distributor cap. Another bought a Mercury mini-van from them which was only running on 3 cylinders, and the tires they claimed were new were in fact just bad, capped old tires.

Do not buy anything from this business. They are liars who will charge you for work on vehicles they never did, and sell you a heap they claim is in perfect shape.

Avoid like the plague.

Terrible service. Ordered a plate through this place and that was 5 weeks ago. Quick to withdraw my $400 for a plate and can't even get me my plate. I do NOT recommend anybody give them any type of business. Absolutely terrible and still to this day waiting for my plate.

Paid this Urban auto Sales lnc. For new title on my 2005 Cadillac, when the company was auto exchange 12/21/18 . My Cadillac is still there on the lot, 10/31/2019, still waiting, no title, no way to get my keys because they have closed there doors for now.

No
