Love this place but the big hip manager is a liar she told me to bring my things back she would exchange it for me since it was just a day passed the 7 day mark.. upon of arrival she looks me dead in ny face n says she didn't say that mmmm yes you did or I wouldn't be here with this bag of clothes girl

cute little dresses decent price night life

First of all, very POOR customer service. The sales associate did not acknowledge my presence. She was busy on a personal phone call ( ON SPEAKER ) with her boyfriend the entire time my friend and I were in there. She did not ask if we needed help with anything. She was busy telling the guy that some girls had stole a few pair of jeans from there, which was none of anyone's business. I look the sales associate dead in her face and just laughed. She looked as though she didn't want to be there... Like at least LOOK like you're working. So I left, along with 6 other customers. Aside from her attitude, they do have some cute clothes in there ( depending on the season )... Not pleased and HIGHLY doubt that I will ever go back in there again.

The customer service was not very friendly. They didn't acknowledge my husband and I presence. But the quality of the items made me stay and the prices! The items were so awesome!
