Dwayne was wonderful.
The guy ahead of me older man was up a little. But Dwayne was very patient with him. To me it takes a very special person to work for verizon. Lol...I couldn't do it.

Luis was super helpful and personable, and I could tell he really cares about his customers and the technology he's selling!

This was the best in-store Verizon service I have experienced. The two fellows that worked with us were professional and knowledgeable. They informed us of additional services/accessories but were not pushy like other stores I have been to. They were upfront with pricing and friendly to talk to about upgrading our phone. We will be returning here for future service when needed.

Had tried to get online to get a phone got all the way tp checkout and the computer woukd not take my card. I gave up and went to the store and we were treated well and will definitely come back

I was welcomed by Angie. She was so informative & patient. Helped me to replace my phone with no problem at all.

Ashley, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me get a new phone on Tuesday afternoon. I spent all day with Verizon chat, and phone calls only to be told that I need to go to the store to resolve my issue. With the limited hours I didn’t expect to be helped at 6:30 but, after she finished with the customer ahead of me, she called me into the store to get my new phone and transfer the info from the old phone to the new one. Because my old phone was so slow, it took way longer than I expected but Ashley kept a great attitude and high spirits through the whole transfer. I’m so grateful for her staying after hours to help me. She’s personable and easy to talk to which makes waiting bearable. This is by far my longest but best Verizon experience. I can’t say thank you enough, Ashley.

Ps. I’m sorry for making you stay so late with such a long ride home but again, I’m so grateful!

Purchased a new phone today from this location. Excellent customer service, Tristan took the time to explain all options and offers that saved me money that I was unaware of. Great experience !

Manager Scott was very knowledgeable and didn't try to over sale me, but listen to what I needed and hooked me up! Would recommend Verizon in Springfield to family and friends. I am very pleased!

Love the location, beats going into Rincon, Pooler or Savannah. The Staff is ALWAYS helpful and never a long wait. I can't remember names well but I was there on 12/20/18 and Justin and the rest of the lady staff were very helpful in setting up my new phone and transferring info from my old phone to the new one. They deserve a raise.

Another easy transaction with this location! Justin is always very knowledgeable and friendly and takes care of my issue or question and gets me back out the door quickly! Would highly recommend them :)
