Seven Gables Restaurant and Catering

Update: a year later and the food and service is still impeccable. This is one of our favorite places to dine. Excellent service, and the meal was absolutely delicious. The establishment was very nice, comfortable and clean. Will likely return and try more items from the menu.

This was a wonderful find. The atmosphere was delightful and the service was perfect. The food was well prepared and the presentation was spot on. I will be back.

Owner is really nice, makes the best set on the beach i have ever had! Oyster Rockefeller was amazing, I also had the lobster top notch food with amazing service ! I absolutely loved the atmosphere a must visit!

Excellent food and service. The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful. The chicken Wellington was unlike anything I had ever had before. The veggies were cooked to perfection. The carrots were candied. The cheese cake with the raspberry was on point. The sauce was so freshly made and the crust had the perfect amount of cinnamon . I will definitely be bringing friends here soon.

This was our first visit. We have always wanted to stop by but they were always closed. Well today we struck gold. Even though we were dressed less than casual, mind you no shorts are t straps just not our regular dinner attire,because we were leaving the MRI clinic. The food was great the staff was superb. Maybe I should reverse that. But hey my husband stated several times that we will be back. I have already notified by family and friends that this is a must. The atmosphere was just what we needed.

My children treated me to a Mothers Day lunch at Seven Gables, and everything was absolutely PERFECT!!

There was nothing that we ate, that did not hit a 12 on the 10 palate scale :)///

I tried Escargot for the first time and loved it!! I will say that all of his sauces were beyond amazing!!

I had the lobster tails..sooo good! My husband had the sole fish and was very impressed...this is REALLY hard to do!!

My daughter had the mussels and the Chef even brought us more bread so we could "sop"up some of the sauce....my son had the Crabmeat Ravioli...which will be my next meal!!

We loved the atmosphere, the adorable interior, personal touches that just made the lunch...we will be back in a few weeks when we are back in Georgia...

We ordered all four of the desserts that were in the menu....Chocolate Mousse is your winner!!

This was our second annual visit and Seven Gables didn’t disappoint! we live the cottage feeling in this adorable French inspired restaurant. The wait staff was excellent and our meal was too. We started with escargot and it was delicious, a great start to the meal, then we had Veal dishes and the steak. The homemade bread is to die for and whatever Cabernet they offer in the carafes is absolutely divine, and well priced. We loved our fresh seasonal veggies, especially the perfectly cooked carrots. We’ll be back next year for sure!

They did a wonderful job serving our party of 15. Food was excellent, atmosphere relaxed. They were very accommodating & helpful with my (numerous) food allergies. Definitely plan to go back for date night.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Seven Gables. We both ordered the chicken parmesan and loved it. Great portion size. Unique atmosphere. A very cozy restaurant. We will be back again very soon!

The atmosphere is lovely. The service was impeccable and our young waiter was so accommodating. We dined on Rack of lamb, Ribeye Madagascar, Piroskies with Bearnaise Sauce, Calamari Fritti, and ended our experience with Creme Brulee. We enjoyed every morsel of every dish. The meals came with seasonal vegetables and potatoes that were prepared perfectly. We can't wait to visit again, and this is a wonderful venue for a birthday or special event, and it's a hidden gem in the Conyer's community.

Loved this restaurant & its class. It was beautifully quiet, the service was excellent and they had a dress code. That made me happy. It’s a lovely place and I’m sad it is closing. The food was so well prepared & I enjoyed the escargot and the filet au pauvre. It was a pleasure all around.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner. The atmosphere was elegant and quaint and the food.... delicious. The staff was also amazing... loved it. Thanks for helping us celebrate our special night.

This place should be in the city. The food is/was scrumptious. I had the Veal Oscar last night and the Chicken Wellington tonight. Both dishes were flavorful, the service was on point. I felt like royalty. The owner came out, introduced himself, gave me a bit of history about how the restaurant started. That said, I'll be back this week to try another dish. A must try if you're in the Conyers area.

The reviews weren't kidding. Seven Gables is a fantastic restaurant. The food was amazing, the service was great, the atmosphere was nice and quiet (until my extended family showed up. Sorry about that.), and I can't wait to go back again. The only qualm I had with the place is that I couldn't eat there for every meal! I highly recommend the chicken wellington!

Absolutely Delicious! We had the Fresh Oysters Rockefeller, Piroskies with Bearnaise, Roast Rack of Lamb, Shrimp and Scallops Portofino. They have been in this location for 27 years, why have we never heard about this restaurant? Seven Gables is a charming eclectic restaurant. We will visit again for a nice treat. The caliber of restaurant you find in downtown without the drive.

Have been coming to this French restaurant, that Conyers is so lucky to have, for years. It is simply the best. The dishes are phenomenal.
Brought my daughter here as a child, and now she brings her sons here. Never too young to learn romance.

A uniquely amazing local establishment for my wife and I to enjoy a special date night out. Chef Alain personally seated us and took our order, recommending an excellent wine, soup du jour and dinner. Every aspect of our meal was excellent, from our pre-dinner drinks at the bar, to our seating, meal selection and overall service. We will definitely be looking forward to our next visit!

This is an old school dinner date kind of place, where you can actually carry on a soft adult conversation over a candlelit table, in a charming, cozy, relaxing and romantic environment. The service was spot on, quiet and unobtuse, but very attentive. The food was excellent and freshly prepared, nothing fell off a frozen food truck. Worth a repeat visit.

The best French restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Everything is good! The seafood bouillabaisse is perhaps my favorite. The escargot and other traditional French tapas are of course excellent.
