Small burgers. Nasty fries. Small size plain styrofoam cup drink. Refill not free

Super slow service. Didn't prepare food as requested. Food was not very good. Acted upset when I asked how long it would be after waiting for over 25 minutes for a burger and fries. Ridiculous. Don't waste your money, but especially your time.

The slowest and most incompetent service in the entire Missouri! Waiting 35min for the order that was sitting on a counter... Joke, don't go there even if they pay you! Okay quality food doesn't compensate for this horrible experience.

Poor customer service!!! Walked to the register in a good mood told the cashier hello. She blatantly ignored me. Did not acknowledge me. I walked away and ate somewhere else!! I would not have a job if I treated people like that. 10/28/18

The food it's just okay. But the staff was fitting all the time between each other. They cook one order at the time and the waiting takes forever. The food is not even than good to wait that long for it

Where to start. 30 mins waiting for two Philly cheesesteaks only to have to wait another 15 minutes because the first ones were incorrect. Not worth it. Total incompetence.

I worked there for one day kitchen was dirty my first day along with selling bad veggies to customers on there food along with a rat eating through bread in the back
