Nike Factory Store - Chesterfield

Visited on Saturday to make an exchange. My daughter didn’t like the shoes I picked out for her Christmas gift. The store was very busy, but all of the employees were still very nice under the pressure. The cashier that helped me commented on how much she liked the shoes, and showed her coworkers. They all made me feel better about the shoes I had originally picked out because I was a little bummed that my daughter didn’t like them. This was our first visit and we will definitely make the drive from Troy to go back.

Service was great, but there's always a line. Prices are pretty good too, I was not disappointed.

Wonderful experience.. the store was jam packed with people. But the visit was still worth it as the collection is amazing with great prices. They had a lot of promotional offers going on which was an added bonus for our visit.

Despite the huge crowd all the workers were super upbeat . Due to the billzillon back to school shoppers it was like a million degrees but what can u do . Big ups to the crew who had to deal with all that......

Nike Outlets are a great place to buy shoes. They have a wide selection of styles and types to pick from and plenty of staff to help. This location was still limiting the number of people in the store but the wait wasn't long at all. There was not a great selection of kids clothes

Cool. I would have preferred a little more organization. Didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but walked away satisfied. Never going to Shoe Carnival again. I'll probably just order online the next time.
