The woman at the counter was so helpful and friendly. Plus, there's a beautiful mural in this historic building!! Painted by renowned artist Joe Jones, whose work is in the St. Louis Art Museum. Great visit.

My mail carrier never runs around the same time. I think she picks and chose what days she wants to run up our road . There is 3 houses on our road and at least 1 person is home every day and I ask if anyone received any mail and the days I don't receive mail everyone else doesn't have any mail either hard to believe 9 people on the same road doesn't receive anything all on the same day .

I just wish when you call you can talk to somebody and not a dang operator

It would have easily fit in the mailbox but decided we weren’t important enough to fulfill the delivery as promised. Seems this is the going trend locally, it’s not hard to deliver, I’ve worked many logistics positions. This wasn’t a failed attempt, there was no attempt…

Haven't been getting our mail. Our mail man would start by skipping our house because our dog is out on her leash. Mind you he can walk the walk way without her reaching him, all she does is bark. So we started putting her up somedays he'd just skip us all together. Like the other day I got the dog in right when he was next door. put her in no problem. He still managed to drive right past us. Stopping at all the other houses.

Next to impossible to receive mail. driver cites dogs as a reason. But, even when I make arrangements to be home with the dogs inside the driver doesn't even bother stopping. Getting ahold of the office to pick up packages is not an easy task either. I would like to see management re-structured instead of what is currently happening. Zero Stars

I got notice of mail coming that I'd been waiting for. A legal document that I needed, which cost me $40. On the picture it was postmarked March 1st. Go to the post office 4 days later, and the older guy working the counter wasn't helpful. He told me that's just when it was received and it can take a week to deliver. He blamed it on St Louis. He seemed very annoyed I was asking for an estimate for the delivery. Asked in a snippy manner if I wanted a supervisor. I declined at that point since it was a few days and waited a bit longer. Still haven't gotten it 20 days later and pretty much told me I am out of luck. Worst post office I've ever dealt with. I had to pay yet again to get the document resent. I won't get reimbursed for my loss. It won't be resent thru Dexter due to their incomptence.

They are usually late with deliveries and sometimes don't even come. They don't take mail that I put in there that isn't mine. The person doesn't live at my place anymore and I never know when they come for my street. It infuriates me and if I could I would give them no star at all

I had a package that was delivered to the wrong address...they told me they delivered ot to the wrong address...that was 3 WEEKS AGO, no one has called me to let me know the status of if they ould get my package back, I keep having to call and ask, when I do I get zero answers. This is horrible customer service!!! If i could rate lower I would. I would really love to know what they are going to do to get my package back...

It is impossible to get them on the phone. I’m convinced they just take the phone off the hook so no calls go through.

Absolute trash, unhelpful, worthless establishment.
