I have hired attorney Ron Eisenberg for a handful of cases with fantastic outcomes over the past several years. He is very professional and definitely someone you want on your side. He is great at providing updates as soon as he has them which is much appreciated. I have to say that I was surprised to see another review less than 5 stars. I'm sure it was likely from someone on the receiving end of a legal dispute and not his client. I highly recommend him!

This firm sends out threatening bogus letters to local small businesses and then harrasses them on the phone. My aunt owns a small flower shop with a basic informational website. She was called to say that the website is not compliant with some high-tech law. She was called repeatedly and the attorney kept saying "we did the investigation, you are violating the laws". My attorney reviewed the letter and told me to discard it stating that it's an intimidation technique to get people to settle and pay this firm for their research fees into laws that were never broken in the first place. Quite a shameful practice, targeting and intimidating older folks who are barely making ends meet as it is.

Sends threatening letters to businesses with zero merit, credibility or research on the matter.
