Wells Fargo Bank

Changed review from one star from a poor experience noted below to a 5 star experience today where the staff was friendly and very helpful. Very happy with the assistance I got today.

Old review: Went to talk to a banker about an issue with one of my accounts, ignored by banker. Never seen that at a Wells Fargo before.

I cannot say enough good things about Wendy. We came to her with about a dozen questions and she was happy to help us find solutions for each one that work for us. She was even able to help with questions that have stumped other bankers I had worked with in the past. She was incredibly helpful and patient, and I am extremely confident that we are in good hands when we bank with her!

It's incredible of seen the neighborhood How did it change! compared to years 80's and 90's it's awesome!

Cocoa King was my banker and she assisted me and answered all my questions. She definitely has a friendly demeanor and helped me after I had a bad experience at another bank. Need more people like that who listen and help solve problems for customers.

Just left the bank & had an amazing experience with a young man with African heritage. I so sorry about not remembering his name, but he was so very professional & on point. Thanks for your professional assistance

The 5 stars is for Wendy! I have visited several times over the past few months for personal finance reasons and she is my go-to banker for any problem I have. In a world where customer service is subpar, I'm glad that there are those who actually prioritize the customer and who are professional, yet alone friendly! Thanks Wendy!!!!!

Was help by Mr. Jarome Ramirez, he’s always in a great mood, also very helpful. Any questions I had was answered and clear. I wish I could make copies of him & have him in every Wells Fargo I go to!

The bank managers (A. Pettus) there are awesome! I am always treated with much respect. Though there are two other bank branches near me, but I prefer the the 7th Street branch.

The folks at our local Wells Fargo are very nice. However, don’t try to call and speak to a live person. I tried for 30 minutes. I was disconnected twice. Even the 800 person said he would transfer me to my local bank, but then hung up. I went round and round the prompts again, even on the “direct line” to my local bank. I give up. We have over 100k in this band and should be able to speak to a banker when necessary.
