When I received my first order, it was inside my screen door!!! This is the fist time I had ever seen a delivery driver do that!!! The next time I received my order, the carrier knocked on the door!! I just started getting medicine from this company. I have dealt with other mail order companies in the past. So far, I am very impressed with this company. So far so good. Thanks for going above and beyond!!!!!

Apotheco pharmacy provides excellent, efficient service and is, without a doubt, the easiest way to fill and refill my medications. I have had very different experiences with other pharmacies, both in-person and online, but with Apotheco, my medicine arrives quickly with minimal effort on my part. Apotheco goes the extra step to send text reminders when it’s time for a refill, which makes the process as simple as clicking a link. They keep all my information on file, and I literally never worry about what kind of hassle my next refill process will bring, as I have so many other times with big-name pharmacies that consider me “just another number”, and leave all the responsibility to me. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have always had to pay around $400 to get the prescription I need and being self pay was really difficult. Apotheco pharmacy was very quick and easy and affordable. They called me 2 hrs after receiving my prescription from the doctor and mailed it to me the next day. And I only paid $125. I was definitely blessed by this pharmacy and would highly recommend!!!

The person that I spoke with about my meds was extremely nice and helpful. They even checked to see if they carry another script I have, unfortunately it was not a dermatological med. One they did not have in house but got it from another mail pharmacy they work with. I paid a little over 100 dollars for both of them together and they are ridiculously expensive even with insurance.... Tier 3. I am in NC and had one delivered in a day and the other came the following day. I am not sure if they ship to other states but if so, it would be sent out quickly. All around great experience!!!

This pharmacy has been a life saver for me and my family! They deliver to my front door and are always so pleasant and call to insure we have received them as well as to let us know the ETA ! They have several ways to contact them as well as sending emails and text with tracking abilities to let us know where and when we can be expecting our pharmaceutical needs to arrive ! The staff is so awesome and through with their orders ! You must try them out ! Way better than waiting in never ending limes and to be told they are not ready ! Here of there is a problem your notified immediately and they help resolve the issues at hand quickly!

Called because I had not received my prescription 😳 spoke with a very pleasant representative said she was going to look into this for me, she called me back later in the day and said everything has been taken care of. The very next day my prescription was delivered! I thought I was going to be waiting for @ least a few days. Thank you for the best service!

This pharmacy is super! I wish they could do all my medications. They are patient and understanding of medical needs but on top of that, I don't live in Durham and I get my meds the next day. They have also been cheaper then my regular pharmacy.
