For the price the place has been great. Nice and clean two queen bedroom, working air condition. Nice guest service. Nice breakfast. Nice coffee ☕

Room was nice and staff was very welcoming. Conveniently located right off the freeway and easy to drive into. In the morning we had a problem with the shower not having much pressure but we were able to take showers. We told the front desk staff and they instantly wrote down our room number to have someone look at it. Thank you for nice stay.

Loved there beds very comfortable but can cleaning the bathroom a little better had hair in the tub but other than the room was very comfortable.

Quiet, comfortable rooms, central to the activities that we wanted to enjoy. Most of the staff were great, but one. . . Otherwise a restful stay and a nice compliment to our family time together.

I was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean and in good repair - not dirty and run down as I had experienced at this location 2 years ago. I had said then that I would never stay there again, but because of a special discount opportunity, I decided to give it another chance, hoping that Covid requirements might have brought change. Whether it was because of Covid or new management, I don't know, but the room was clean and nice.

I traveled alone, they made sure I had a room inside. Pretty decent hotel, I was expecting it to be horrible, so it exceeded expectations. I’d stay again. I was there for the Dreamville festival

Great place to stay. Right off interstate 40. Manager is a very professional Guest services host and will accommodate your needs.
He does a very great job on keeping his guest in a comfortable enviroment.
Rooms are very clean and breakfast is very good and hot.
Best coffee in the area.

It was partially under construction in 2011 when we stayed, but it was a good stay. Will stay again if I'm ever in Durham again.

As usual this Comfort Suites Inn was excellent. 5-Star hotel for affordable rate. Staff contacted me as I'd made a request during my on-line booking (earned Rewards Points). Very much appreciated his telephone and for the same rate, I received a King bed with bath tub! Of course, the pillows and the bed, the amenities and clean room, Cable TV (movie channels included), free USA Today Newspaper (one of my favorites, as a former journalist) and most importantly the breakfast. I was visiting my family in Durham, NC (from Washington, DC) for my niece's birthday party. Thank You! Miss Devonya L. Smith

Friendly staff! Nice location! Nearby different restaurants. Close to several shopping centers. Minutes from the Streets of Southpoint! Handicapp accessible parking and rooms.. Please checkout the guest policy prior to checking in. Extra charge for visitors.

I stay here quite frequently, and must say that the staff is very friendly. They go out of the way with their services. How many other hotels do this? Some rooms are better than others but it's not like your living here

James was so helpful. Our family was in a tough spot and he figured out a way to help us fix it. Nice staff. We will be back. The hotel provided what we needed at the price we could handle. Ty!

The breakfast is everything in the mornings! If you’re not an early person you will definitely miss out. So, ride and grind with an awesome breakfast!

They have an amazing church located inside this hotel, Christ Embassy RTP. I really enjoyed it. Made my time there a great experience.
