I have to say I've been working on the road for over 18 years, I've stayed in an out of hotels all over this country an I have to say I've never stayed somewhere were they have treated me so well. Mrs. Ashley treats you as a human being not an approved or denied credit card. Rolms are absolutely amazing considering location and price an it's basically the extended stay type. Full size fridge , stove etc. If I ever work within an hour of this place this is where I will be staying. Mrs . Ashley ty for everything. Yesterday when I didn't care for how that one room smelled ( yea something as minor as a smell) you didn't hesitate nor did you tell me to light a candle or say you had nothing else no . You didnt hesitate to give me another room. People tell your friends and come see Mrs. Ashley.

Terri is an awesome front desk associate, her attitude towards her guests are nothing but great. She makes the experience a lot better for me!

The manager Brandon made this a 5 star hotel in fifteen minutes with multitasking with guest. This gentleman is the reflection of hospitality at its best.

Had black mold in the 1at room they gave us. And the floor was wet u stepped on tile and water would come thur floor. Cheaper weekly rates. Needed some thing affordable close to airport. Grocery store in walking distance food lion. And a wallgreens. Restaurant in same parking lot. Wuthering all u can eat buffet. The lobby of the motel was locked during 1130am- 3pm. Guests standing waiting for someone to assist them. I was going thur chemo treatments at the time. So it was difficult standing in the heat waiting for assistance to get check in to our room

Everyone Employed There Are Good Staff Members, Charismatic, & Good With Meeting People Needs, I Highly Recommend To Anyone Looking For Long Term Or Short Term Stays To Stay With HTS Raleigh/Durham!!!

Management and staff were professional and courteous. They always greeted me with a smile and asked about my welfare. On the rare occasion that I needed something, the staff was quick to meet my request. Respectful people and restful accommodations 😊

Me and my son drove from Washington state and got in with no problem. The apartment complex we were going to rent was not what it was suppose to be so we didnt sign the lease and stayed here. Larry was good to us and the place was absolutely sufficient for our needs. AC was on point and we ended up here for over a week while our new home was found. I would come back here for sure. Everything we needed was close by and zero issues at night while we slept. I'd like to add I did notice lots of working people here and that is a plus for neighborly conduct.

Excellent helpful staff especially Kelly. She is amazing, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, compassionate and very professional. Kelly is the epitome of what any hotel should have working with them!!! I felt safe and very comfortable here. It’s very clean and any garbage I saw was only there for less than 24 hours! Never smelled bad. Would definitely return and highly recommend!!!

Let me tell you about this place! The reviews would make you RUN, but once you arrive the staff makes you forget about them. I checked in Thanksgiving and was shocked that they were open. The young lady with the dreads checked me in and was very pleasant. The next day she was still there! I was wondering if she ever left. Darrel is a doll and the night guy is awesome. The guest are INTERESTING, but I feel like they add to the ambiance. LOL. I love how well lit the hotel is. I felt safe walking to my car. The night guy made sure I made it back to my room safely. Overall my room was clean, the staff was sweet and I got some sleep. No complaints over here!

The manager is great! She does her best to meet everyone's individual needs. She is fixing the place up and the environment has improved a ton since she has taken over. Not so scary to visit/stay there. The quality of the rooms have improved a ton. I see maintenance being done all the time. Definitely a place I would recommend now. Great job!

The front desk customer service is very welcoming and clean, Terri was wonderful with assisting me and making things run smooth!

Reading the reviews, I can see why someone could be swayed not to stay, but I was determined to see for myself. It is one of those studio properties equipped for long term stays. So don't expect daily cleaning. All the rooms came with a full size fridge, stove top and microwave. Which is a plus! There were stragglers hanging out, but i equated that to just getting some fresh air from the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The price was right and it served the purpose. I would stay there again. Especially seeing the improvements taking place during my stay!

The staff here goes above and beyond to meet your needs and tries everything within reason to make you feel comfortable while you stay. They have on site security so you be assured nothing happens to your vehicle. Overall my stay here has been one of my best experiences at a hotel. Thank you guys!

My stay has been marvelous. The rooms are nice and clean, the guest service is superb. And last but not least the front desk rep Ms. Kelly was none short of amazing. She is kind and helpful in every way. So from here on out this location is my place to book... I highly recommend this place.

This hotel has came a long way the new staff her name is Kelly at the front desk has cleaned this hotel up a lot and makes sure the safety of customers is a priority she also very professional. Also malike not sure if I spelled his name rite he just started but very respectful and professional young man was trained very well.

I was there the earlier part of the year notice that this hotel needed some work. I've returned recently to this property for a short stay and was very delighted that the new management is working hard to bring the place up. The staff is very cordial, common areas are clearer & my room was great.

I love Ms Terri who works the front desk and Mr Larry the manager. They both always make sure I have everything needed and makes me feel at home.

They made sure we got a room and my lil & Kelly were super helpful. The rooms are as advertised and the price won’t hit your wallet hard. I have stayed here on multiplier occasions and it’s always been a good experience .

My stay experience was wonderful. The employees Mylik and Kelly in the office were very helpful and nice. My room was clean and included all the necessary materials that i need. I would recommend Hometowne Sudios to anyone who wants to stay at a comfortable hotel in the RTP area.

Front desk, Terri is very helpful and goes above and beyond to me happy and satisfied. Manager Larry is very helpful and very nice and is a great manager.
