Excellent food!! I recently had the Spanikopita, very crispy with a delicious spinach filling and a generous portion size and Mango Chicken with two delicious sides and an amazing piece of strawberry cake. Everything was delicious.

This little café was so good. My boyfriend got the burrito special with a side of rice and Caesar salad. I got the Spanakopita with pesto pasta salad and Caesar salad. It was really delicious. My favorite was the burrito if they have a burrito special, I would highly recommend it. There is a lot of food that is already prepared so if you’re in a rush this is a great place to eat. We got there right at 11am right before the lunch rush. The service was excellent they told us about what was in the food and even offered to bring a high chair over to the table for our son. The lemon water was a great touch. I love flavored water. This is right near my boyfriends job so we will be back soon.

Such an amazing lunch spot! Only complaint is they have limited hours, or else I would eat here breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Rotating menu of awesomeness so you never get bored of the same thing. I do recommend the Bourbon Street Skewers with rice and make sure to try the Mac salad too. You have to try the WARM TOFFEE BUTTER CAKE! One of the best desserts I have ever had!

Great quick lunch stop. They have a number of everyday plates — my favorite is the Fiesta chicken, comes with 2 sides (pasta salad, potato salad, bean & corn salad & more — all fresh and tasty). Come hungry. There are a number of outside tables when the weather is nice.

Fast casual vibes with high quality, homemade taste. Everything tastes fresh and the daily specials are actually often great deals. Plenty of vegan/vegetarian options as well, and staff are very willing to make adjustments to anything.

Staff are very friendly and patient, though service can be a bit slow during the lunch rush.

I adore this place. They always have the freshest foods. The staff is very friendly and I love their new location. This place is the only thing that gives me strength to go into work in RTP

One of the best Italian sandwiches I’ve ever had. The kale cranberry salad as a side was delicious. And the cake!!!!

One of my go to lunch spots. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. I usually get the savannah sandwich, easily my favorite chicken sandwich in the area.

The food is amazing! Different options every day with the bar, but they can always make you a specialty sandwich too. They have a few desert options too. Ample seating for the lunch crowd.

Back again! Great place ! Been wanting the spanakopita for months!! Best there is ! They used to be in more upscale place, but building was sold. Then Covid. They do major catering . Lucky for us, they do lunch. And, their sides are spot on. Delicious.

The food here in consistently fantastic! The staff is great and the prices are fair. This place continues to make the BEST food on this side of town. Such a fantastic variety throughout the week! I drive all day and I always try to eat lunch here no matter how far I am.

Cafe Meridian is the perfect place for lunch. The owners & staff are some of the kindest, most generous people, and their food is top-notch with reasonable prices. It’s easy to order online, or stop in for a to-go order. My favorites are their chicken burrito (on Thursdays) and the mango chicken! It’s become a staple amongst my coworkers, and there are definitely weeks where I’m here two or three times! It’s worth the stop if you’re in the area.

I recently discovered this place recently and checked the reviews before I went this week. It’s totally worth the reviews they’ve been given. I like that cafeteria style set up that they have. I’m still giving them a five even though I didn’t particularly care for the spankopita that I got. It was tasty but it was just too oily to finish. The bottom side of it was oily and then oil had pooled in the bottom of my to-go container when I got home. It tasted ok but the spinach was kind of stringy … it had a good taste of feta though. I got it with a cavatapi macaroni salad (mayo based) and fruit salad. Both of those, I loved. The fruit was diced pretty finely which I actually liked that way. I want to try again but I think that I’d be tempted to go right when they open since it’s all prepared at the same time cafeteria style unless you’re ordering a sandwhich maybe. I’d have to check…
That being said, it’s nice and well kept with cute decor despite it being in a kind of run down strip mall that’s kind of standard in that particular area. They used to be in another area further up on 55 but I’m not sure when they moved to where they are at.
I’m excited to try it another time how I said but even if that doesn’t work, I’d go back just to order their pasta salads and other fresh sides!

Every time I go to Cafe Meridian it's absolutely delicious. The consistency with their food is great and you know what you're getting. The staff and owners are amazing and treat my family and I like family when we come in. Nothing can compare to a place with consistently great food, kind people and great service/selection!

Very good food. Served by excellent humans. You could eat here Monday thru Friday, not have the same thing, and it would be excellent every time.

This is honestly the best place to get lunch in RTP! Fresh sandwiches, salads, sides, and daily specials! Their ingredients are high quality and ultimately super delicious. The customer service is always an A+ too! You can order ahead, easily order to-go while there, or sit and relax with your meal. It's a great choice for catering as well!

This place is a great lunch spot, freshly made foods with thought and care. Lots of different options. The shrimp and chorizo, the beet salad and the Caesar salad were delicious.

This place has amazing food. It is fresh and every day there is a new, unique and yummy special. The chicken burritos on Thursday are so delicious and they are huge - take half home and you have dinner all set (if you are able to resist eating the whole thing)! The service is quick and it's the perfect stop for lunch in an easy access location on 55. You'll want to go every day!
