Lindsay was amazing. My smile has never looked better. Everything was perfect and staff is not only helpful but very nice! I had not been to a dentist in years and was very insecure about my teeth. Now i feel very confident!

This dental office is extremely professional and fun environment to visit. Not to mention the staff is friendly, caring, and easy to talk to about any of your dental concerns. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process and have the exact dates available that I needed to schedule future appointments. We will definitely be coming back.

This is an amazing dentist. They are very LGBTQ+ friendly and very supportive to walk you through every step and they make such an effort to relieve any anxiety. This is the friendliest doctors/dentist that both my wife and I have been to in all of the RDU area.

My first visit was an emergency visit. They were able to get me in and take care of me quickly professionally and as pain-free as possible I have since become my regular dentist and are always accommodating super nice, well priced and most importantly friendly. They understand my anxiety with dentists, and work well with me without having to resort to knocking me out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new dentist.

I went in for my first experience & they were extremely Nice. The customer service was great. She talked me through every process before & while it was taking place.

They were phenomenal with my girls. I have a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old. The entire office was absolutely wonderful with them and made them feel comfortable and relaxed. This was the best dentist office I've ever been to. So patient and kind. I give them an 11 out of 10 for sure and would recommend this office to anyone who has small children or not. Great service!!!

Been going here for years! Started taking my baby brother and sister never had any issues! Everyone is always patient and so nice and compassionate. I never thought twice about taking my daughter here. She had her first appointment at 1 yrs old they’re very attentive, super patient and always so nice they interact with my daughter who is now 3. They even offer a helping hand. I love my dentist family! Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever attended

Dental hygienist is very nice & accommodating. Ask for a neck pillow! They have them.

I'm one of those people with an irrational fear of going to the dental office due to childhood experiences. I was stressed for days before my appointment but I had a very pleasant and painless experience. My hygienist, Lindsay, always remembers who I am and is always cognizant of my anxiety surrounding dentistry. She is very gentle and thoughtful and makes the experience painless! The new dentist seems very kind and competent and open as well. I probably have more dental work in my future and I won't hesitate to come to this office.

I have only had good experiences at this dental office I've been going there for years virtually no pain you get to watch Netflix while you're waiting or having work done relaxing environment great people that work there they go out of their way to make you feel good love the place!!

How is it that I went for a deep cleaning and came out with all smiles? Not because of the work done(which was exceptional) because the staff at Willowdale were and are always so welcoming. Made my visit sooo comfortable, painless and stress less(i already have anxiety about "the dentist"). From the time I checked in(not a long wait at all), went to the back(started right away)and left after my appointment(all smiles). Everyone and everything was top tier as usual. I am still in shock at how much I enjoyed my appointment. Yes- enjoyed! I hadn’t been to a dentist in 5 years, and I walked in expecting the worst results. Brandi put my mind at ease right away. Her bubbly personality and demeanor made me feel very comfortable. She was honest and up-front about each task she was performing concerning my teeth. Dr. Kaur gave me a thorough review examination and discussed treatment. Brandi’s positive attitude helped me see the silver lining, and I was able to relax. Lindsey, who is the best oral hygienist I’ve ever encountered, came in and evaluated my teeth. She offered to fit me in for a cleaning the same day! Lindsey took her time cleaning and polishing every one of my teeth. I was blown away by the professionalism she displayed along with friendly conversation. The atmosphere was amazing. The music was pleasant, and staff worked well together. This is by far my BEST experience at any dentist office I’ve been in. I highly recommend everyone give Willowdaile Family Dentistry a try. You will not be disappointed! They really care about their craft.

I absolutely love this place. They take great care of me, they're reasonable with their prices, transparent with the cost of things, very helpful, easy for me to get an appointment with, and really care. I have been going to them since 2015 and I am thoroughly pleased with my experience. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a dentist.

So grateful to have found this dentist office after calling several with no availability until end of the year. I was able to schedule only because someone canceled and so glad they did as my appointment went well. Scheduling and check-in were a breeze. The staff from receptionist, to dental hygienist, to the doctor were all so nice, professional, informative, and made the experience pleasant. I was long overdue for a preventative visit and I was not made to feel uncomfortable about nor about some problems issues that needed to be addressed. I am even considering switching my children to start coming to your office as well. Many thanks and I look forward to future appointments!
