Dylan Alexander discovered a leak in my crawl space and recommended remediation as there was mold forming. In addition, he recommended replacement of the old insulation and re-encapsulating the area. He kept me in the loop during the entire process and was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. He helped me set up the humidity monitor application on my phone. He explained the various payment options clearly . All in all, a very positive experience because of his engagement in the process.

Levi was *very* knowledgeable and personable. He found mosquito larva in one of my unused flower pots, let me know, and asked if I needed it drained. This was extremely nice of him since I couldn't get out there and do it myself due to a recent injury. I continue to be impressed with the quality of technicians Orkin sends and their level of expertise.

Technician was very respectful and professional. This was his 3rd visit and we have become comfortable with his presence. It also helps to know he is a believer.

The tech was very professional. He did a thorough inspection. And this is amazing, the tech was available to come to my home on the same day that I signed with Orkin!! Since that first visit the Orkin tech has continued to professional, on time, responsive, and very nice and kind.

Maat and Andre came out for our initial meeting and inspection. Wow! So professional and nice. They explained everything they were looking for and our options for moving forward. They asked our kids’ permission to inspect their rooms which was thoughtful. We like them a lot and looking forward to our relationship with them. Great guys.

Had a great experience. Gibson came out & walked around the house and inside the house with us. Told him what we thought our biggest issues were, mainly small ants. He also saw other issues and went above & beyond to help our problem go away. He was very knowledgeable about all insects & taught us a lot! Very friendly & made it so smooth & easy. Safe for our kids & pets. We now have an every other month plan for them to come out to keep the bugs away. In less than 12 hours there has already been a difference. & he let us know that if we saw any bugs or anything we weren’t happy with to please call in & they would come right back to fix the issue. Would recommend Orkin & Gibson any day!

Tony was extremely professional, very thorough, and and explained all his actions. After several visits, Tony has maintained excellent customer service. Very reliable and dependable.

Offered same day service when I was desperate and other company’s were offering an estimate only visit in days. Steve was friendly, gave good explanations and answered my questions. He was earlier than expected and gave me lots of notice— and who complains about early?! And they sold me a contract on the phone but he was able to adjust it to one time as we don’t see many bugs! (Just the recent flea hell!)
CALL them! I feel like I got my house back!

Tony arrived at the house on time. He went over everything for his first visit. He was very professional and easy to talk to. It’s been a few days now and I have seen any small tiny spiders. Was thinking with the rain I might see some trying to come in but that hasn’t happened. Tony will be back in a few weeks for a follow up and then we are set for our quarterly sprays.

Orkin has been treating the exterior of our home and shrub area on a going for years now. They have provided us with good service consistently and they have been very dependable!

Steve was prompt and efficient and he took the time to educate me on how rodents and water bugs are able to access the home and things that can be done in addition to routine pest control.

Tech showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Made sure that he got every place we asked about inside then went around the outside of the house also. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

My first treatment was today so I cannot speak to the effectiveness just yet, but what I can speak to is the professionalism of their technician Corry. He’s was wonderfully professional, taking the time to educate me while gracefully handling my antics when I saw any bug (live or dead)! His level of customer service is of the best around. They worked quickly and even tho my house was over 100 degrees bc the ac broke that day they still sprayed inside the house as they would if it was cool in the house put bait in the lawn he saw some ant hills did those too and sprayed around the house knocked down a wasp nest that was on the house too all in all went above and beyond what I thought would happen.
