Sam was fantastic to work with! Although we were originally hoping for a closer location to rent a truck, getting to work with Sam and his family was a blessing. Sam was very understanding of our situation, and was very patient with us as he worked to fulfill our requests and addressed any questions we had. Sam went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, despite a few unexpected developments on my family's end. My family and I aren't too experienced with renting UHauls, but Sam and his family made a stressful moving experience much easier by providing us with top notch customer service. It was my first time driving a UHaul, and Sam and his boys gave me plenty of tips and pointers to ensure I would handle it safely and properly. Sam and his family deserve to be recognized for their work and customer service, and I would gladly do business with Sam again. I highly recommend him to any other customers. Sam is an amazing person. We rented a one way to Portland Oregon and trucks were very tight. When we spoke he questioned both the size van we were renting and the auto carrier. He was right twice. He juggled a lot around to free up a larger van for us to keep us on schedule. He and his sons are very helpful and I cannot say enough positive about our experience. This is a small location but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. (We drove up from Raleigh and so glad we did). We made it to Portland and everything went as well as it could have gone

Sam was fantastic to work with. He was very friendly and willing to help minimize the stress involved in lining up our TWO super-movers in route to CO. He even went as far to deliver one of our trucks to our house! Even better, he loaded our vehicle onto the auto transporter which was a huge relief! Bottom line, rent from Sam.

Reserved a U-Haul from Sam this week. He was super friendly and called me to make sure I had everything I needed and to see if he could do anything to help! I highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to reserve a U-Haul or just wanting to stop in to his store!

I’m a military baby,so moving is second nature to me at this point. But let me tell you about this vendor; Sam is the best. Moving can be sooo stressful and sometimes painful. Having Sam on your side makes you feel like you’re walking on air. No worries, no hassle, something goes wrong? Don’t worry Sam is gonna have your back. I Didn’t even Break $200 on a TWO DAY rental 🤩. Definitely renting from his store again!

Reserved a U-haul this week and had a very poor experience. Reserved for 24 hours, but had to return early because he double booked. We ended up having to rent another vehicle from the actual u-haul location and the experience was so much more pleasant! Also, he tried to convince me that a 1 day rental was for only 8 hours, but I've rented from u-haul before and know for a fact it's not true. I even contacted u-haul directly to confirm. I will never rent a u-haul from nor step foot in this place again.

Rented a pick-up truck. I was charged a damage fee and a cleaning fee. They charged me $85 for damages and $25 for cleaning after I returned the truck and left. I disputed this with Uhaul. It was investigated and determined to be fraudulent. My money was returned. Be careful of this establishment. They will try to steal money from you.
