I was passing through town last week and decided to take a yoga class from a studio for the first time. I went to the Wednesday night candlelight gentle yoga, and I loved it. The class was beautifully and gracefully led, and I felt as though all the worries I had brought melted away. I returned Friday for another class before I drove the 5 hours home. It was certainly more challenging, but doable with the modifications offered. Due to a neck injury, I’ve been unable to effectively work out my upper body, and this class opened up a new world of strengthening for me.
The studio is very nice and clean, and the staff were all kind and welcoming. I highly recommend them, and also thank them for such a sweet introduction to a yoga practice that expands beyond watching YouTube tutorials at home ❤

They provide a sacred space, with beautiful energy. Tania has a calming energy. I feel comfortable in discussing my past struggles, and future goals, with her. I look forward to this journey of healing and growth. Much respect… Namaste 🙏🏼

Tania Bayne's yoga classes are pretty unparalleled to others I've been to. You get the sense that you are at home in her studio. Life seems to be automatically better having Shanti in my weekly regimen.

I am beyond thrilled the benefits of yoga. Balance and strength training, circle complete for me. Top notch instructors!

From the yoga instructors to the counseling staff, this place is amazing.

Better to seek couples therapy else where. Never been somewhere where they are bias and suggest to your spouse to separate and/or divorce their partner! It’s couples therapy not enforce divorce. Going here helped make my marriage worse. Great place if you want the therapist to suggest to your spouse to divorce you!

Billing is a nightmare
They are not helpfully at all they never let you know if there is an issue with insurance will just charge the full amount to your credit card then lie to you saying they told us. We will never use this service again and are warning all of of our friends and family to avoid at all cost nothing meditative or peaceful about the people running this place a lot of negativity

Practices that impose SHAME on to their patrons and bill themselves as a “healing center” deserve to be closed and lose licensing. Wish I could give 0.

I suggest finding somewhere else if you’re looking for counseling - incredibly rude staff and far too judgmental. Last I checked, you’re supposed to make someone feel better, not worse.

If you are planning to go here for counseling, I highly recommend going elsewhere. Very judgmental, and not worth your time or money.

Rude staff. Not flexible with times they can see people. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
