I absolutely love coming to this facility for Rheumatology as well as Physical therapy.
Dr. Mithunan and his team in the Rheumatology Department has helped me to get my disease under control. Without this team, I wouldn't be able to live a "normal" lifestyle.

Courtney in the Physical therapy department is always a joy to work when we are working on my back. She is great at listening and works so hard to help achieve a better way of life.

Gretchen has been an angel with both of my hand recoveries. I had a carpal tunnel and trigger finger surgery on my left hand and a month later trigger finger surgeries on my right, by Dr. Mathani at the North Carolina Orthopedic center. She is insanely great at what she does and really was a blessing. She really advocated for me and worked with the surgeon to ensure I get the best care.

The security is always friendly and ready to help and the front desk team are always a pleasure seeing. They really want to help where they can.

They are my care team and I am more than greatful and thankful for each and every one of them!

This is the address of Dr. Shroff's Duke Medicine Clinic, I always use Google Maps to assist me in planning and arriving to my appointments on time, every time in Greensboro and Raleigh, NC.

Dr. Blazing successfully treated and diagnosed me with POTS after suffering with syncope and tachycardia for 20 years. It started when I was a teen and was told I had anxiety then as an adult they treated me for SVT and I even had an unsuccessful ablation done. Nothing ever gave me relief, ever until Dr. Blazing prescribed a treatment for me. For the first time in all those years I don’t have uncontrolled tachycardia and I feel so much better. If I could kiss this man I would, but I don’t think my husband would like that too much. Lol Additionally, Dr. Blazing is a fierce patient advocate, with excellent bedside manners and assessment skills. Some doctors have forgotten what an assessment is and I think because of that they miss things. They could learn something from Dr. Blazing. Thank you, Dr. Blazing for changing my life and giving me hope again. It feels so good to heard, seen and appropriately treated. You’re a real hero.

Dr. Ann Collier has changed my life for the better. when I came to her several years ago I could not breath and had no treatment that was working for allergies. Dr. Collier took care of me from day one and was able to help me have a normal life full of activities due to her expert skills, treatment, and an overall care for my well being. Dr Collier has definitely made a huge impact on my life. If she is due for a raise she definitely deserves one she is truly an asset to the Duke healthcare system.

This building is really beautiful and has a lot of specialities..

They gave a parking deck where you can park for free..

We went for a ENT appointment and check in was really easy and did not have a wait at all..

Nurse called in immediately. They were the front desk. Staff were really friendly and answered whatever questions we had.

We met the doctor Chang, he did a good job, but felt he could’ve spent a little more time.. he was very clear and explaining the questions we asked..

He recommended for audiology test and we were able to get an appointment in the next two days .. so that was pretty good experience to..

Wish they could come the doctors appointment and audiology test on the same day so you can save a trip ..

Overall, our experience has been good.

Before I start this review—the medical care at the Duke clinics is great. My intent in writing this is so leadership will be aware of who is handling the information desk (first impression) at their clinics.

I go into the building and I want to take the stairs so I’m not in elevator potentially exposing others to a very bad upper respiratory infection. I go to the sign that says “stairs and access”. A elderly “security” guard and lady were sitting at the information desk. I find a door labeled stairs. I peek in and it looks like a storage closet where they keep wheelchairs. I step back out and I ask them if that’s where I could access the stairs to go up. He grunts yes and they laugh as I walk away. I go back into the room with the wheelchairs and there are locks on all the inside doors. I go back out and say, “the doors are locked” then the man dressed in a security guard uniform says, “because you need access”. I asked them both,“Why didn’t you tell me that before? I was trying to be courteous and take the stairs because I’m sick and to not expose others.” He grunts. They turn back to each other to discuss a recipe.

This is a medical facility and I’m sure I’m not the only patient who has been treated rudely by this duo.

Stage IV cancer patient here and a physicians assistant (tashie) keeps interjecting herself into my care there at duke. Today she intercepted a message to my doctor and refused me pain medication unless I make an appointment for pain management with them, this is the first time I've asked them for anything. I am over 2 hours away and can't get there anytime soon and after Jan 1 my insurance changes so I won't get any help or treatment for quite some time. Her response to that was. Let us know if your situation changes, so I'm just left to suffer because of her.

SPEND HALF-A-DAY IN EYE CENTER CLINIC FOR DOCTOR TO SEE YOU!! This review is about Duke eye center, and I am visiting this place for first time. After Nurse Vital sign investigation WAITED with my 1 year baby in a small room for about an hour to see Dr. Singh for my Conjunctivitis infection. Doctor has never shown up, and Nurses, front desk receptionist don’t have any information when doctor willing be seeing a patient. They don’t even have a waiting list or sequence of appointments list. After scheduling appointment it was mentioned that the whole Dr. visit will not be not more than 15 mins, but that’s wrongly mentioned and misguiding information. Front desk lady told the usual wait time for doctor to see a patient or the whole appointment process takes about 2-3 hours. I finally canceled my appointment and returned back to home. If you are planning to visit this eye center, please make sure to spend half-a-day for Dr. to see you.
