Southern Porch

My neighbors have lunch together once a month and today we ate at Southern Porch. The menu is large and varied enough for everyone’s taste. The food was great as was the service. I believe our waiter’s name was Hayden.

Great food and the best sweet tea around! Had the prime rib and fried cabbage, low down Grits, and fried okra and broccoli and cheese casserole...amazing.

Really enjoyed this stop on our road trip- it was worth the small detour off route 40. Sitting outside was peaceful and it seemed like everyone knew each other. Food was amazing from apps to dessert! Highly recommend!!!

The Southern porch is just an awesome place. They have amazing food. It was well worth our wait. We also went when Santa was there so there was going to be a wait.

The food was delicious. My mother got a philly and I have never seen one look so good!

Worth pulling off the interstate. I love the southern rustic atmosphere. My spinach salad and white chicken chili were delicious. My sons ribeye was amazing and even the beef tips were above my expectations. My winter whitw margaritas also very well concocted. Thank you Southern Porch for the GOOD EATS AND DRINKS

Some items I’d recommend are their wings and burgers. Some of my favorite menu items are Dave’s Creeper Burger & Wings, All of their steaks, and especially their side dishes.

Best place to eat out in Canton! Always great food. Great cocktails. Nice whiskey selection. Beautiful spot. Love the exposed brick. It's very charming. They do Southern food right at Southern Porch.

This is the best place I've ever been. Better prices than Fatz with real home cooking. Everything we tried was amazing from the candied bacon, fried green tomatoes, burgers, pimento cheese Mac and cheese, meatloaf, onion rings. Service was great, food was fresh. I'd give it ten stars if I could. The ambiance is very nice for a quiet calm meal, low lighting with a cozy feeling

Haden our waiter was amazing. The hot and sweet pork rinds made fresh are to die for. I must place to eat.
Well we came back for more sweet hot pork skins. Haden was great again. One draw back was we had to wait 45 minutes to get seated. It was worth the wait.

My gran and I had a fantastic lunch here. We had so much fun reading and learning about the history of the building while we waited on our food! Lunch was fantastic!

Best grilled cheese I have eaten in my life. We went for a snack and decided to share. I almost got one to go. The onion rings were delicious, too. Service was fast, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

We were passing through town and smelled something that smelled delicious. We followed the scent to Southern Porch.

It appears to be an old house turned restaurant. This makes the ambiance perfect for a meal with a Southern flair.

Being a Tuesday evening, the crowd was light and service was quick.

We decided on the Collard bacon dip for an appetizer. The dip is delicious! My only gripe is the chips. I would prefer a lighter chip than the flour tortilla.

I gave the Ramp bacon jam burger a try with fried green tomatoes. My wife had the farmer's daughter plate ( grits, cabbage, pintos, pimento Mac-n-cheese) with a side of tenders. Everything was delicious! I also had the blackberry margarita that was phenomenal as well... Perfect balance of sweet and tangy.

If we are back in the area we will be back!

We got 2 appetizers… collard dip and jalapeño poppers any they were fantastic. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Our entrees were really good too….meatloaf and Reuben. Definitely worth it!!!

I really liked this place. The food was very good, the atmosphere was nice, service was good and prompt, and the prices were great for how good the quality of the food was. Definitely worth going to.

We had an amazing experience here! Sarah was a fantastic server. We had the deviled eggs, candied bacon, club sandwich, sirloin tips & peanut butter pie. Everything was delicious, the service was great & the atmosphere was unique and charming. Grateful for a wonderful dinner!

The tenders that are dipped in sauce honey garlic was absolutely amazing. The porch poppers were absolutely incredible! Buffalo chicken dip was so delicious! The burgers were fantastic, especially with the honey pepper, bacon on it! My husband got the Philly cheesesteak with fried jalapeños on it two times and obviously it was amazing. And just eeeeveruthing!!! Some of my family came back without me and had like all the desserts and it was amazing!!!
We went back 3 times in one week. lol

Definitely one of our favorite spots! Food is always fresh, drinks are always tasty (especially the blackberry margarita!), and service is always quick and friendly. I usually go for the special but their menu staples never disappoint.

This is our absolute favorite place in Canton. The food is always out of this world excellent, the staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is wonderful. I think we could go there daily and not get tired of it.

The collards and bacon dip was delicious. The meatloaf was tender. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Anyone who likes southern food needs to eat here.

Beautiful 1800's historic building with a cool back story. Also, I'm pretty sure that was the best black n' bleu burger I've ever had. Dang ~~~ You don't want to miss this Southern flair y'all ~~~
