Best Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Don’t know why the low rating. 🤔 It’s clean, food came out fast, servers are smiling. 5 stars all the way.

Got a gyro at the drive thru- delicious! Person taking my order was professional. Had to wait about 8 mins in line and there was only 1 in front of me and one behind - but I get things happen and it all can’t be perfect. Thanks Arby’s for great food!

The service is great. Sometimes you will have to wait for them to bring out your food if you ordered in the drive-thru, yet it's worth the wait for fresh hot products like their Mozzarella sticks. Yall need to bring back the 2 for $7 deal on them bad boys. They are great.

We ordered a market fresh turkey sandwich in a Reuben sandwich both of which were delicious. We went inside during our travel to use the facilities and order lunch. The restrooms were clean and our sandwiches were prepared promptly.

Staff is always friendly. The food is good too. We were waited on quickly, and our food was out fast and hot. The strawberry shake was so good! Clean bathrooms.

I may be showing my age but Arby's please bring back the Arby Q sandwich! (shredded roast beef with bbq sauce... OMGoodness) That was the best Arby's sandwich ever made! You just don't understand how much more money you guys can make when you do! And stop skimmping on the Arby's Sauce... I need more than two packets with 6 sandwiches...

The service I received was outstanding the best I have ever had there. The curly fries could of been hot but weren't so the rest of the food was good

Seems like a fair amount of employee turnover, but regardless, my food is on time andthe majority of the time hot and fresh tasting (whether or not it is fresh I have no idea , but it sure seems that way)! Bathroom usually has a few issues that need tending too, sometimes just a toilet flush and quick wipe down will take care of said issue... Nobody wants to clean the restroom or a clogged toilet, but if whoever notices it really dirty,( toilet/sink not working, due to whatever) is able to remedy the situation, pony up and do it! Unpleasant tasks like the dirty toilet, can usually be plunged, fixed, and sanitized in less than 5 minutes overall, seeing as though I almost never use public restrooms other than to wash my hands I dont see them up close and personal thus I'm giving a 5 star rating 😊 This one, the Braggtown location is actually better than the N. Roxboro Rd location to me personally, especially if you are eating at an unusual time, not the typical lunch or dinner rushes, this Arby's makes your food as you order and is always hot like i previously mentioned! Sorry about going down a bathroom rabbit hole, it would just be so much nicer for everyone including employees... Especially employees (They use them the most throughout the days!) to have a clean restroom right?! Been an Arby's fan since i was little and my grandfather would take me to the Arby's when it was across the street where the check cashing place is now! i remember the huge cowboy hat Arby's sign 👌👍

Dining in is a treat: Super clean, lots of windows, and an indoor tree 🌲.

Quiet and respectable with incredible loaded mac n’ cheese.

My food was hot, tasty and accurate. Service was quick and window attendant was friendly. I was asked if I needed condiments or anything else. Best service eating out this week.

When you don't feel like ground beef, this Arby's is the place to go. I went in thinking I was going to get a sliced beef sandwich, the sandwich that they are known for, but after looking at the extensive menu, I decided on a couple sliders. They have Sliders in about 5 different flavors. They have crispy chicken, buffalo chicken, pizza, and two more that I can't remember. They are only a dollar fifty. I bought a pizza for myself, and a crispy chicken for my wife. When I got home my wife didn't want the crispy chicken slider, so I ate that one too. Those sliders are a lot of delicious calories for only 150

Quickly received food which was good. What mostly impressed me of how the employees worked cohesive. It's noticeable that this restaurant is hiring high quality staff.

Stephanie, the cashier was very pleasant to meet! Despite forgetting several things and having to go back to the cashier, she was always pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed! Ty Stephanie!!😊

Best Chocolate Milkshake this side of the moon! I always get a large one and freeze half for another time. Shake comes standard with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle! 😋

Had the prime rib sandwiches special. They were so good!!! This was 3 rd time we got. Hope they come back again!!

This is my 2nd time coming too this Arbys n both time customer service was great. It was very clean. They were prompt an courteous. They get an A+ in my book.

Seems like everytime I go to this location, my order gets messed up EVERYTIME. I hadnt been to this location in over 5 months or so because of it and I tried again hoping it changed and to my surprise, nope.
