Glendale Baptist Church

I love this church!! Everyone is very welcoming and sincere. I know without a shadow of a doubt that the Lord is moving in this building. There is marked parking for the disabled and visitors. Our preacher is Bro. Jon and I have to say that he and his wife are wonderful people. They are there for any and all that not only come to our church but also anyone in our community along with the visitors. I am so proud to have the privilege to worship our Lord God with such a great and like-minded group of people. Also, Glendale has a wonderful youth program along with plenty to do with the younger children. So, if you are looking for a home church, come by and give Glendale a chance. The word is preached straight from the Bible. Also, Glendale delivers widows boxes once a month. The whole month of October, we had a canned food drive along with supporting 1 or 2 schools with sports drinks and snacks for sports programs and band. I do want you to know after reading this... I believe and understand we don't get into heaven neither by our works nor by pretending to be someone we aren't. We are all filthy sinners only by the Grace and Mercy from our Lord Jesus are we saved. We have to turn our lives around and begin living for our Father in heaven. We give him our life which belongs to him anyway. Let go of any worries about worldly things. We are all just borrowing what we "own or are paying for." Everything, everyone, along with everything in this life, belongs to God. By no means am I saying my church is better than any others. And the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit know I am not trying to preach to anyone. I am not a preacher or teacher. I felt the need to give a brief understanding of what I believe. And yes, I believe God gave his only begotten son to endure and suffer the pain he went through but yet he still was ministering on the cross. But our Father in Heaven knew that without his son coming to earth as a man and dying shedding his blood that whosoever believes in him shall be washed in the blood so our Father in heaven can see us and hear our prayers. Thank you, Abba, for sending your son for mankind as filthy as rags-sinners so that we could be washed in the blood of our Christ Jesus!! I hope and pray that someone who needs this will come across it.
