Bojangles

I received the wrong order and had already arrived home. I called and talked to the manager Terrell. He said just come back and he would give me the correct dinner. I went back the next day and he did just that. He was very polite and professional.

Manager was rude. Take out ordering, Manager walked up to me and said yes. I checked him on his attitude. He passed me off to another guy named Zae. Zae was awesome and very respectful. He needs a raise. I gave him a tip. If customers are a burden to Managers, they need to leave the store. SIMPLE!!!

6 PC and fruit punch I almost forgot to take a pic, they were hot and cold items BBQ sauce salt and pepper was in the bag. Let me tell you I was surprise that I had napkins. But this saw dinner and I was full.

Nice clean eatery that means a lot, the service was a little slow but the food was great.

Love the chicken. Only problem is we had a coupon for $$ off any family meal. I ordered the largest family meal. They refused to honor the coupon. Said it was only for the smallest family deal. Same amount off so it wasn't that they were giving up more by me getting the big meal. In fact they'd have had more sales. When did ANY only mean one. I complained to corporate and got NO response so tells me they don't value me as a customer.

The people were friendly and polite, the restaurant was clean.

I go here most mornings. The morning manager and staff are always friendly and the service is outstanding.

Finally tried Bojangles first time ! It was so good. Had a unique taste into it. The biscuit was more on the savory side. The chicken was marinated really well.

Great food, Great service, served in a timely manner.

Bojangles continues to have that southern flair in their food products with great hospitality.

I really enjoy eating at any Bojangles the food is excellent.

Went on a Sunday which I tend to avoid. Happy that the long line moved fast. Friendly service, correct order, delicious hot food ticks the boxes for me. Tend to avoid the coffee but I needed some and was pleasantly surprised.

Fresh and always on point at this Bojangles' I always go inside and I've never been disappointed. This is the only Bojangles' I've been to in Durham as I'm from Atlanta Georgia so this Bojangles' be hitting like home fresh chicken bright and early out the grease, fresh biscuits ooowwwweeee. Thanks y'all 😘

What can i say biscuit fries sweet tea and four piece dark a winner everytime oh and of course season salt all on top. 😋
Since 1977 wonder what changes are going to happen with the change of ownership hope the dont change a damn thing.
Staff is always very friendly at each location. Make sure to tip the floor staff and cashier they are out there cleaning to keep it tiptop and deserve the extra appreciation.

Very fast, good hot food. A little hard to get into driveway, drove past it, went into the next plaza but no drive into the plaza we needed
