The pharmacy is absolutely great! I can't say enough about the customer service. The Ladies are efficient especially Manreen
knowledgeable and willing to help anytime. I phone in for a prescription for my wife and it's always ready by the time I get there and I never have to wait For her reoccurring prescriptions they always make it ready and let me know when it's ready for pick up. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Great and courteous staff. Got my last two covid boosters here as a walk in and it's painless (literally and figuratively). Highly recommend getting your pharmacy needs met locally!

We LOVE Durham Pharmacy. They are so welcoming and kind--and they really just take care of everything. I've had no trouble getting my prescriptions (even when other pharmacies cited shortages) and they've worked with my doctors and insurance for any prior approvals necessary. I really appreciate that Durham Pharmacy just makes it easy to get my medications. It's one less thing to worry about!

This pharmacy has everything a customer needs and wants. Friendly, personable, and prompt service. Vaccinations for walk-ins. Fair (and often the lowest) prices. The head pharmacist is kind, thorough, and expertly knowledgeable. Great staff. I highly recommend making this your home pharmacy!

I don’t know why I waited so long to move to a local pharmacy. I love the personal attention, never feel rushed and they provide customer service with enthusiasm and love for their job. So glad I made the switch!

This was my first time visiting the Durham Pharmacy. My son's pediatrician recommended it; as they carried amoxicillin. Who knew there was a shortage? This pharmacy not only carried it; but were extremely kind. I called prior to arriving. He assured me that the prescription would be ready within 10 minutes. When I arrived it was ready and he took the time to thoroughly explain the directions. Thank you for the excellent service. Support local pharmacies.

Medication shortage is happening everywhere. After our normal pharmacy called us about not having a prescription that we needed for our kids, Durham Pharmacy was able to get it to us super quick! I’m so appreciative of the staff, their communication and excellent customer service.

I have gone to this pharmacy for 2 years and still come here after moving away from South Durham. Their service and prices are great, and they go out of their way to find coupons and make brand name meds more affordable.

The pharmacist is knowledgeable and always answers any questions I have right away. Totally different experience than a big chain pharmacy.

My family moved to Durham from out of state 8 months ago and I think I stumbled upon Durham Pharmacy but it was the best happenstance I could imagine. Sree has been so wonderful as my three young kids have had multiple illness and needed liquid amoxicillin (which they have had in stock even with supply chain shortages) and because their pediatrician is in the same complex, they have been so great at quickly filling prescriptions when I just pop over right after a doctor visit. I can also say that after going to big chain pharmacies for many years when I lived out of state, it was so refreshing to find a local pharmacy that knows who I am when I walk in the door and I can actually ask questions of when I need to!

They were great! Willing to get a toddler in for vaccination same day (not all of their pharmacists feel comfortable with small kids, so do call first to set up the appointment). The pharmacist was wonderful with my daughter and was willing to use the shot blocker I brought with. Seems like a great, locally owned pharmacy and I look forward to supporting them in the future.

My family switched to Durham Pharmacy a few years ago - what a good decision! Prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately and the pharmacist is always happy to answer any questions about our medications. He communicates with medical providers and insurance companies to keep our prescription expenses as low as possible. Staff members are always friendly and helpful, and they provide free delivery to my mother’s senior community. It’s also my go-to place for shots, including Covid. I’m happy to support this excellent local business.

I recently visited Durham Pharmacy for the first time to get my kids vaccinated. The pharmacist was excellent — very kind and patient and he did a great job with my kids. We could not have asked for a better experience!

The staff were all very generous. Even though I contacted them last minute for a vaccination, they were still very polite, patient, and made me feel welcome. They also made sure that I didn’t have to wait too long. Overall, their customer service is excellent.

Staff is kind and patient. Vaccinations have always been breezy with no wait and comfortable administration. Nice, quiet place. A welcome change of pace from large chain pharmacies. Good prices on their small selection of OTC stuff too.
