Dale, the owner and Julia are amazing. When you go to have something done, know that Dale will try everything possible to fix or repair your car without breaking the bank. Very reasonable in their prices. Dale keeps you posted on the progress and costs to repair your car. Very efficient and dependable.. they have me for life as a customer....

This was an excellent experience. I had a 2pm appointment to have my underperforming A/C checked out. I arrived about 5 minutes early and parked, leaving my key in the car. After I went inside and checked in, my car was immediately taken to the service area. It was repaired and I was kept informed of the progress and problem as I waited in their clean office. Julia, the clerk, was friendly and personable as was the manager and service techs. I was out and back home within an hour, with a cold A/C blowing.

My father was always my mechanic so I never had to worry about my vehicles not being repaired correctly but he passed away last year. Its been hard for me to trust a stranger to do the job right but I'm glad I found this place. I've taken my car here twice and both times the prices we're fair, the service was quick and the customer service was great. I plan on continuing to use D and R Auto not only for my vehicle but my kids also. Thanks for making me feel safe in my vehicle again.

Update: I've taken both my sons trucks to D and R Auto and I'm so happy with their service and prices. I'm so glad I don't have to worry now about my son's vehicles being safe to drive. Thank you so much.

Great service they know what they are doing

Wanted to take a moment and share my experience with D and R. In today’s world it’s truly a struggle to find good honest trust worthy people anymore but with D and R you have that and so much more!!!! If your looking for a TRUE KNOWLEDGEABLE and EXPERIENCED mechanic these guys are the real deal. They are far more than just part changers and computer readers!!!!!! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. The communication, quality of work and pricing was amazing. They are well worth the drive near or far. Can’t say THANK YOU enough for the amazing work and reception from D and R!!!!

I've had several cars aligned here and they always do a good job and fast. They are cheaper than most of the big places and do better quality work. An excellent American owned small business. They have my business as long as I drive

Absolutely hands down the best place! Fair pricing and knowledgeable mechanics. We will always get our cars fixed/serviced here. We live in Mooresville and it is worth the little drive to know you're going to be taken care of. Also, Julia (I hope I got that right) in the office is so nice and helpful. Thank you!

DNR was very professional and worked to save me money! I had to have my manifold and head guests gets replaced, and they did a great job performing it and was even able to save me money on the repair of my manifold instead of a replacement. Great service, great attention to detail, and great people!

The folks at D&R Auto are great. Pleasant and the work was done in a timely manner. They found a few other small problems, told me what they were and were able to fix one on the spot. Have an appointment to get the rest taken care of. They are now my go to for any car problem.

Earlier, I did not have time to leave a comment, but now I do. These guys are awesome! So glad I found a great, honest mechanic! They did an awesome job of fixing my Mini Cooper! I am way beyond pleased!!
