What a great place. Its like stepping back in time. They have almost everything, from soup to nuts.
We can't wait to go back again.

We've been going here for 10 years and the service is good everywhere throughout the store and the guys in hardware are both knowledgeable and extremely helpful and will take the time to go check and see if they have an item available that you're looking for. Going today for some new gloves. Appreciate these guys a lot.

Buffalo Shoals is a ONE-STOP-SHOP. Multi storefront with a IGA-Grocery store, Hardware store and Convenience store. Staff were extremely friendly and the store was kept it up. Highly recommend since there is not much in the area.

To be exact, it is not only a hardware store but it is also a grocery store. The selection of hardware is good, though it could not be compared to big chain stores. But for everyday use, this place offers quite good selection, and the price is competitive.

The groceries section is also good. It does it have the selection that big brands does, but the price is really competitive and the quality is good. They also have dairies section though I don’t buy anything from there.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful. All smiles and all helpful. Parking space is quite good, and cleanliness is well maintained.

This place has it all!! The hardware side has quality tools and almost everything you would need for your home projects. They have A nice meat selection and the grocery store is well stocked. Always super clean and the employees are there to help guide you. Plenty of gas pumps. Well lit area. Usually crowded. Convenience store has pizza and sandwiches hot and ready. It’s a one stop shop. They have lots of stuff!! They have stuff for your yard, mulch, birdhouses, etc. I recommend stopping here for sure.

Stopped in there on our way to Belmont N.C. We just stopped for a drink but were impressed with this place. We were kinda in a hurry so we didn't get to spend much time there. But we will be going back. I believe it's worth the time to take a longer look around.

One of the last ole time hardware stores. The kind of place you can spend hours at just looking at all the neat stuff. I walk around just getting ideas for not only my latest project but I come up with my future projects, some I come up with just by seeing what they have. Looking for a pocket knife? This is the place, they must have hundreds to choose from. If you are like me and love the new LED technology. This place has the largest selection of LED flashlights I have ever seen in one place. If they don't have what you want/need they can usually have it shipped there in a few days. Big bonus too, they have a large IGA grocery store attached. Don't want to sound sexist, but if you or your wife want to grocery shop while you "play around" in the hardware store. Maybe it's the other way around and she wants to shop for ideas for the home while he picks up the stuff for dinner. Great butcher counter. Get your favorite meat cut the way you like. Great selection for lawn/yard decorations too.

We love this little supermarket! The meat is top quality. And Abigail was really sweet and friendly when she checked us out tonight! Looking forward to coming back.

Good experience, they literally have everything you could think of, which is crazy. Went there with some friends and I can’t say we were disappointed.

Im gonna take a minute to brag on the Buffalo Shoals Mall for being the oasis in the middle of nowhere.

This is a funn shopping outlet. I enjoy their Meat & Seafood counter. Im also a fan of their hamburger, sausage, BBQ & LIVERMUSH. (where else can you get a 3lb hunk of livermush)

they carry BOTH the ULTRA POPULAR 12" frying pan & 12" dual handle pan (the dual handle pan won't catapult its contents like the traditional frying pan catapult handle) & they have 12" lids toooo

Besides Groceries, there is a grrrreat guy's grilling section & you'll find a selection of Nuts, Bolts, Gas Cans, Bird Feeders, Pine Needles, Straw, Mulch, Fertilizer, Gas & pretty much everything else. If The Buffalo Shoals Mall doesn't have it, you probably don't need it

stop by for a biscuit & coffee in the morning or a BBQ sandwich at lunch

Few years back this was the only place around 30 mile radius that could help us in a time of need. Having the salt for de-icing and they had plenty. I was super excited that I could be able to make sure my clients were able to get their properties taken care of. Huge thanks to this place.

I recommend Buffalo shoals IGA 100%!!! The owner and his family are God fearing, very well respected family and would go out of there way to meet your needs. There meat smoker puts out the best fall off the bone chicken DAILY. I'm thankful to have the owner and his family as my neighbors and leading the way in this community with honesty and integrity.

Better selection than food kitty, fresh Seafood, smoked whole chicken, deli. The employees were great,lots of friendly people. From what I've seen, if they don't have it. You don't need it.

This is store is the epitome small town community atmosphere and convenience. I know if I get in a pinch and need something to finish working on something around the house I can head here and find it. Great hardware selection for the footprint it takes up in the store, and I can grab groceries while I’m here if I need to as well. I will say the hardware prices are a bit higher than the big box stores, but you can’t beat it for the convenience factor. Employees are always very friendly and willing to offer help. One of my favorite places to shop!

Awesome hometown store. You can get it all in one stop...gas, pool supplies, pet supplies, groceries including already prepared smoked meats, good quality cuts of beef from the butcher or just basic staples. Convenient location and kind people. It is worth the 45 minute drive for me!

Great selection and wonderful costumer service. The cashier Tina was great she asked me how I was and if I found everything okay and it was a great environment I just wish they had ice cream

I actually love buffalo Shoals IGA I used to live in the neighborhood and I shopped there on a daily basis now I don't live out that way but I passed by it every now and again to go to a doctor in Charlotte so every time I come through I stop and get my meat from the wonderful meat department and whatever I need at the moment it's a wonderful place

I'll be honest. It's an average country store with gas and quick snacks. A pretty decent hardware store as well. What stands out it is the butcher. They will cut what you want on the spot, all you have to do is ask. Some the most beautiful fresh dark red beef around. Go to Wally world and look at the beef it's pale pink and has no fat marbling to it. Now to the folks complaining they're more expensive than the big box stores, well duuuuh that's what you get with small family owned businesses. And the lady who said the meat there smells and taste funky, you must looove walmart lmao. Keep it up guys and gals.

Great customer service...friendly, kind and courteous. This is a store that still has that downhome "come on in" feel to it. A large assortment of unique treasures...household necessities...groceries...anything hardware that you need....it is all there. A store such as this takes a lot of work and organization...it shows that someone is committed to delivering a such a great product.

Every time we go to Charlotte or Denver NC. Ricky stops here for me to shop. I love, love this store. People are friendly and they have the most amazing yard decorations ever.
