Went to an open house and the realtor who was on duty, Renee was the most absurd and rude realtor I’ve ever encountered. My partner and I walked around the house and when we were leaving she wanted us to “register” when we said no we didn’t want to, she had the nerve to get angry and tell us to not come to any of her showings again 🤣🤣. This is why realtors and all middle people are a dying breed in the digital age. People like this have no respect for the consumer and only for the bottom line.
Don’t worry Renee we won’t ever go to a Preferred Choice showing again. These companies just want your data to aggregate or hound you. I live in America last time I checked and that means I don’t have to give my information anyone. Period. If you want people to sign up and give their data then have appointments only. It’s literally an open house which means it’s OPEN to the public no strings attached. I guess they don’t prefer if I have a choice or not…

Newton Davis was unprofessional and decided to discard an offer due to an irrelevant question on an over ask offer. When asked to go into detail he failed to provide a reasonable reason. Be careful with people like that
