Red Roof Inn Durham - Triangle Park

Wasn't too sure about staying here at first but compared to econolodge, and days inn; this was the most comfortable bed, best towels and quietest room I have stayed in out of the three. Receptionist was friendly as well.

Nicole and Carla are very nice and professional, they recognize me upon my return and are very friendly. I enjoy my stay every time I come. Very nice environment.

I just want to say this location was amazing to me and my kids, while waiting for my home to get renovated the staff was amazing and anything i needed they were there! The price alongside my Rewards account made the price a very reasonable, affordable price. I love them and would definitely recommend them. The manager is a complete sweetheart too!

Pleasant stay! Not my first time but was pleased by the courtesy of staff, especially Kamar! He was extremely informative throughout my whole stay. He was eager to explain nearby restaurants/shopping centers to make my stay easier. I believe he was only starting his shift when I told him of a small issue with my room key, he immediately addressed my issue and made me feel welcomed. Thanks

Mary gave excellent customer service and helped me and my family to become comfortable while staying at a hotel. This was my first time at a hotel with my family and she gave great advice on how to maintain my happiness. Let go and Let God is what she said and I can’t thank her enough.. great lady

Stayed at this red roof inn for one night. First let me say, my room was clean and I have zero complaints there. While staying at the hotel, I discovered, upon returning to my vehicle that it had been sideswiped while parked in the hotels lot. Brian, the employee working at the time, went above and beyond to assist me with providing the video of the incident to the police. Without Brian’s help I’d be paying out of pocket. Appreciate you Brian!

As a person that constantly utilizes economy priced hotels that allows my cat to come along I am impressed yet again by RRI. Kamar checked me in and considering it was his second day everything went smoothly. The best thing about the rooms at this location is not much noise comes through which is awesome if trying to sleep during the day.

The front desk manager was so kind to us! Rooms were clean, surrounding area is calm. Had no safety concerns, Gas station less than a mile away. Overall great, clean place to stay on a budget. 😁

It was a pleasure meeting Ms. Mary during our check-in. She informed us of a few nice places to dine at while in the area. She let us know that if anything was needed someone is always at the desk. I appreciate great customer service! Thanks Ms. Mary!!!

Very polite and professional staff. I was extremely pleased with the service I needed due to an item left behind. This is in a good area of Durham. There was no criminal activity or danger I noticed. I'm from Durham and I would suggest this establishment to anyone concerned about safety.
Great location off I -40 @ Hwy 55.

Kamar at the front desk took care of me as soon as I stepped inside, even the general manager Kelly came out to assist me personally, also one of the best red roofs I’ve seen. Looks like a 5star hotel with affordable prices

Feels like a family environment. Kelly and Leah will have you right at the red roof. The coffee in the lobby hits different in the morning. I would always come back to red roof.

Front desk lady was very nice.I stayed 1 night. And front desk let me stay in the lobby while I waited for my ride.

It was great! I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends Leah assisted me with my check-in she was very energetic and helpful really sweet lady communicating with her was a breeze.

Front desk guy named Mr. Dean was the nicest guy ever. He was more than accommodating to me. When I booked the room I was looking for a hotel that took cash and because I have 2 last names the computer wouldn't take my I.D. and this man was a life saver. He went above and beyond for me because I'm in town because my husband is on life support at Duke and I was alone. He say with me and talked to me and made me laugh, I was having such a bad day and he turned it around and showed me that some people do care. Thank you Mr. Dean, I won't forget you during this tough time. Thank you RedRoof for having such a great employee, he needs a raise. The room was nice, clean, and warm.

The stay here was great! Check-in was speedy with Brian and Kelly and they made sure I had everything I needed and that I was enjoying my stay! I rate this place 8/10!!

The rooms are wonderful and front desk representative Mary was very helpful and worked with me, she was very friendly and helped me to understand what time I need to check out or my room. Because of her I extended my stay
