I have worked with Jordan, Lilli and Maria for the past few years, and they are amazing to work with. They are always willing to help in whatever way they can. I could/would not be successful in my role if I did not have this team working with me day in and day out. They truly are the backbone of our benefits, they provide advice, they offer solutions, and they listen. Trisha Cotton at the Fayetteville branch recently helped get me insurance coverage for my recreational vehicle. She worked her magic and found me the best coverage and was in contact with me every step of the way and explained the coverage. Nate has been amazing!! He was very knowledgeable concerning his profession and went above and beyond to share that information with us. He did such a great job explaining everything that we feel as though we may be able to do his job now.lol. Just kidding, we could never replace this brother. We were with another agent/company before, and the amount of care taken with our particular situation has been astronomically different. I have been with this company for over a decade and always received outstanding service. Heidi Owen takes it to the next level. Not only is she friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, but she is also very proactive. She reached out to me about an equivalent set of insurance policies, made sure that I got all my discounts, and saved me a ton of money for the same coverage. Heidi answers your questions right away, so there is no telephone tag. In addition, when I had problems with my mortgage company earlier this year not paying the homeowners ins. premium in a timely manner, she talked to that company and the insurance company and didn't let up til it was taken care of, even though the problem was not at all of her doing. I defy anyone to offer better customer service and value than Heidi!
