First time at Brideport Family Dental! I am so happy i gave it a try! Dr Steve, thank you so much for being so kind and understanding. I look forward to seeing you next week to put my crown in you will forever be my dentist! Thank you to you and your staff. Everyone was very kind and patient. I really appreciate it.

Everytime I come in they make me feel welcome. I had to get a filling today. I told the staff that I have a fear of needles and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. It was a really good experience. I will definitely continue to get my dental work done here 😊

I had the best experience at Bridgeport Family Dental Center. I was a new patient. I got my teeth cleaned by Dr. Steve. I was so nervous because it had been a while since I had my last cleaning. Dr. Steve was so gentle and kind. I didn’t feel any pain. His assistant, Sharon was awesome too. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I will be returning in the future.

New patient here. I had an emergency issue with a tooth, and was my first time there.
Good experience from beginning to end. The staff at the front desk were friendly, professional and attentive. The reception area was really clean and orderly. Plus I didn't have to stand there hanging out like a weirdo.
Dr. Choi put me at ease and assessed the tooth I was having an issue with. Kind, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on with the tooth and answered all of my questions.

Bridgeport Family Dental Center has always been the best experience I have ever had with a dentist or dental firm. Very professional and friendly staff and they always explain exactly what is going on and tell me what I need to know. My appointments always start on time, too, or darn close to it. They care about my time.

After 30 years my dentist retired, so I needed to find a new dentist. Relying on other reviews, I decided to try Dr Steve. I was very pleased with the service I received from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr Steve made me feel as ease and was easy to talk to. What a wonderful dental experience. Dr. Choi and staff were so wonderful. I was so worried about my tooth crown but no worries were required with Dr. CHOI. He completed the total procedure in 2 hours when it would normally take a weak. Their office has so much technology including the ability to make the crown in the office.

My kids go to the Children's Practice so I decided to switch my dentist to Bridgeport Family Dental Center. Had my first appointment and had a good experience. Great front desk and easily reachable with phone. Dr. Steve as he went by aka Dr. VONGLUEKIAT great manners and communication and very friendly. Unfortunately found two cavities and just had them fixed. No pain, good bedside manners and skilled with no issues getting them drilled and filled. Happy with the care.

Not a fan of going to the Dentist BUT I love this office and Dentist/Steven is the BEST!!!! He is HONEST and takes pride in his work! Love him too!!

We no longer live in Illinois but we love Dr. Sam so much that we plan our return trips around our dentist visits! It might seem over the top, but our kids have such a good experience here that they are excited to care for their teeth and "show Dr. Sam how good they are doing!"

Dr Choi and his staff are top professionals. Once you make an appointment and arrive at Dr Choi's office there is little wait time, you are given the best care possible. I have had Dr Choi as my dentist for about 10 years now and have never had a problem, I would highly recommend Dr Choi and Bridgeport Family Dental Center to anyone.

I was referred to Bridgeport Dental by a friend who mentioned how professional and thorough the experience had been which was a complete 180 from the previous dental office I was going too. I decided to check it out myself after complaining about fill-in that wasnt done correctly. Everything my friend said was true. The staff is always kind and professional. I’m always seen on time. No long waits. And the appointments never are rushed. The hygienist as well as the dentist are so thorough. They always remember who I am and are very personable and truly makes me feel cared for. I’ve been going to Bridgeport dental since 2018 I believe could be 2019 and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made.
