This is my place I did have to order online what I was looking for but the pick up with great and love my boots

I visited this store for my first time this past Tuesday. I had an awesome shopping experience! Boot Barn has a huge inventory of boots and western wear. Their sales staff; especially Wayne “Outlaw” Slaven were most helpful and very courteous. Boot Barn has an outstanding rewards program too. I’m a highly satisfied customer and I believe anyone will enjoy shopping there.🤠

Tonight was my first time shopping at Boot Barn, and the girls working tonight were incredibly friendly and helpful. Customer service is hard to find these days, but not here. A kind staff made it a fun shopping experience. I will definitely be back. Absolutely loved the clothes and boots.

My favorite Boot Barn location. Lots of great inventory clothes, accessories, tons of boots and hats! I always leave with something great. Quality and service is always there!

We had a *wonderful * experience shopping for boots and a hat for my son! Jerry was very patient and asked him so many questions about how was going to use his boots to help figure out what style was best. He then pulled out several different brands of boots and talked my son through trying them on.
We will define be back!

The absolute best Boot Barn in the Nashville area. I visited several looking for a cowboy hat in my size. This location had what I needed at a price that was jacked up like the others. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful.

I love my new sweater from the boot barn I don’t buy sweaters at Kohl’s anymore but I do love the Levi’s it’s a shame the barn does not have Levi

The store manager, Jerry, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even accepted coupons that we had from Dallas/Fort Worth stores. They had a large range of boot sizes for women. The store is very well laid out making it easier to find what we were looking for. We will definitely be back to this store. They have room for bobtail parking.

Very excellent choice as soon as you hit the door you are greeted and boot professionals assist you with a rather unique taste in style for your liking all very good quality boots used to go through boots as Walmart every month bought a pair at boot barn and had them a year and half everyday with no issues

Friendly people for the most part. Guy was a lil rough around the edges when I joked with him about getting something free with expensive boot purchases. Wouldn't exchange without receipt was inconvenient but I do really like my new boots so I'm happy.

The price of the boots is better than amazon. Only $6, but still. The staff were helpful, and sized my feet. Turns out I'm a 12, but the 11's fit me better. I'm happy with the boots.

This was the first pair of Western boots for me to buy and wear. The salesman was very helpful in explaining the essentials to get the right fit. He had me try many pairs and the Ariats that I purchased are perfect. Best of all they offer a military discount.

Great selection work clothes, footwear. I was looking for wax for my duster and since they didn't have what I needed they suggested somewhere else who had it. Very friendly, knowledgeable.

It wasn't the selection of boots here that I really liked. (Because to be honest, they were too flashy and blinged up for me.) I really appreciated the customer service that was displayed by the guys working. They were helpful, honest, and truly wanted to help me get what I was looking for!
