Charalambos Demetri, DO

Dr. Demetri is the best provider a patient could ask for. He is compassionate for his patients and had helped me turn my life around with diabetes, I would highly recommend him if you are serious about your health and care!

Dr. Demetri listens to your concern as a patient. He is a true find. He makes me feel like I can be an advocate for my own health and makes me feel like he believes my symptoms and is willing to work with me. I have issues with my thyroid and my labs may appear normal at times but I am still very symptomatic. Dr. Demetri will work with adjusting my dose for my needs and daily function. He has done a good job at listening to my concerns and continues to help me. Thank you Dr. Demetri!

Out of all the Endocrinologists in the Statesville area - I lucked up with Dr Demetri. He is very patient - takes his time, he is up on the latest and greatest procedures/medications in his field. He is very compassionate and he's concerned if your insurance will cover your treatment / medications as well as the cost of the treatment/medications. He has given me the tools and the knowledge to bring my A1c down from 9.8 to 6.2. He's incredible in everyway and if you need someone to go the extra mile with you - he's the doctor for you - he won't let you down!! FYI - no one can bring your A1c down but you, but he is there with the tools and knowledge to help you!! TRULY BLESSED I AM!! PS. if I could give him a 10++ I would!!

Dr. Demetri helped get my A1C back under control without medications after having half my pancreas removed. He has also managed my thyroid condition and closely monitored my thyroid levels after a thyroidectomy in 2012. He is always attentive and listens to my concerns.

I have been a patient of Dr. Demetri for several years, and he is a great Physician. He is very thorough, and explains to me my treatment plans and listens to what I have to say, and always answers any questions I have.

After some confusion with the staff over refills, Dr. Dimitri personally took care of the issues and was able to get all of my diabetes medications back on track.

I went to Dr. Demetri a while back and you can be rest assured I will never go back. I have never been treated so disrespectful by the staff at this office. You wouldn't believe me if I told you all the things that happened. So I will just say Dr. Demetri needs to clean house with his entire staff!!!

Sadly I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone!!
